Shoe Dept. Encore

Big selection! Variety of types, styles and brands. Prices are cheaper than other places. I always find what I'm looking for at this store. After going to NUMEROUS brand name shoe stores at the Birch run mall and Saginaw mall, we finally found a cool pair of light up sketcher school shoes at this location.

Jennifer is AMAZING. She helped me find some super comfy shoes for work that would go with my new pants and she was just so much fun to shop with. I had no idea what to pair with these dressy jogger type pants and she found the perfect pair! She's so genuinely nice and she brightened my whole day. The prices here are also great. Love my new shoes.

Friendly employees and a huge selection, probably the biggest in town. However, be prepared to do your own research and know what you want because the employees don't know how to help find a show for a specific purpose. I was looking for a court shoe and they said they didn't have any but of course they were wrong. I even pointed out to the employees that the boxes often described the shoes design (e.g. running, casual, basketball, etc) there response was "wow, that's great, I learned something today!" Bless their heart, they were friendly, at least. :)

Good customer service, always have many shoes in stock, all sizes, and good prices! Helped me find some lovely dress shoes for my boyfriend in a pinch.

I was looking for a pair of all black Air Max but instead found 2 other shoes white & pink Air Max and black & grey Puma, black nice high heels 2 hand bags. The prices were awesome for the amount of things I bought. 3 pairs of shoes, 1 purse and 1 overnight bag all for$180.

Was there looking to buy a new pair of winter boots. Didn't have to look very long, found a great pair of exactly what I was hoping to find and a great price as well. I would highly recommend the Shoe Dept. Encore store for whatever your shopping for.

Huge selection of popular footwear for all ages and sizes! I had never been there until to weeks ago and I was so happy I found this place! I could spend hours in here. Helpful staff and a safe environment. Thank you Encore!!

Socially distancing. Staff was super friendly and quick to help. Walked out with 4 pair of shoes for an average of $50 each. Super happy with this store and the large selection of shoes and boots!

I am a repeat customer. They have a great selection of shoes, friendly staff and this store is always clean & well organized. I wear Puma Shoes and their selection is second only to Puma's Web Page.
