Didn't care when they were told the father kept changing my mailing address even when I called since I missed court in front of the judge. Only out for their money, the children's health and well-being means nothing to them. Wish FOC didn't exist they cause more problems then solve them.

If I could give them fewer than 1 star, I would. There doesn't seem to be sufficient staff for FOC and/or the ones who are there do not respond to phone calls in a timely manner. There's no email to write to at all so effectively, there's no way to communicate with them other than to keep leaving voicemails.

They never return phone calls, even after several days of leaving messages. Mail was sent to one parent and not the other. Very poorly run.
