BIGGBY COFFEE

Pretty good Biggby. The cream cheese for the bagel will come in a little tub, unless you get sausage and egg. Not sure that makes sense. Didn't taste too bad, but odd.

I’m a wedding planner in west michigan and had the BEST experience with this Bigby. They went above and beyond to provide us all of the drinks/food items that our couple requested today. Can’t recommend them enough especially their manager who was extremely kind and helpful!

I love it here, I come at least twice every week to study with my friends. The service is fast and the staff is so nice. I always feel so productive when I come here. I'll always come here over a library or any other coffee shop.

The staff here is so friendly. Ordering food can take some time, but I’ve never been one to complain that it takes time to cook the food I order. Coffee is always delicious and it’s always a great way to start my day!

This is my favorite Biggby location!!! The staff there is so friendly and efficient . They make the best drinks and bra gels !! They take pride in what they do and will always wish you an amazing day and will help with suggestions if you are feeling indecisive . It's a clean and welcoming environment. I love the walk in option so that I can do paperwork if it's a working break, and a speedy serviced drive thru if I am just running through.

This is, by far, THE BEST Biggby location I’ve been to! Everyone there is so friendly! Despite it being busy every time I’ve gone, they are quick and still make time to make a connection with you at the check-out window. Very impressed with the whole team there at Biggby in Benton Harbor!

The staff at Bigby Benton Harbor is amazing!!!! Becca always goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome! I would drive past 10 closer Bigby’s to go to the Benton Harbor location! Great Job ladies!!!

The staff are very friendly and always willing to go over and above for their customers. They are very accommodating and have been able to put together larger orders for me with short notice. Great job team!!

Love this place, come twice a week to study and the staff are fantastic. Beats Starbucks every time. Couldn't ask for a better crew. Highly recommend.

Great staff and a wonderful store manager, Becca. I tried a hot latte coffee flavor that I did not like. I usually like all of them!! The manager was so nice and replaced the latte for me. Becca and her staff are always so very nice and friendly. I've used both the drive thru and the walk in and the service is always excellent.

They make a killer Macha Late, and it's honestly my favorite place nearby to get a bagel.

I'm not from the area so this was my first experience with Biggby coffee.

My first perception drinking their Biggby Best black brew coffee is that it can compete with Peets coffee or Starbucks coffee and is at a lower price point. Impressive and worth a try 👍

This is my favorite coffee shop in town. Best service. Best tasting drink, and best bragles!!!! I come here every day in the drive thru and everyone always greets me with a smile and always make my day start off great!!!! See you guys tomorrow!!!

This team is amazing! It is one thing to get great service but then to be asked how my day is or having Matt the muffin man convince me I need a muffin makes the experience so much better

My daughter and i went in to get special coffee's amd were were greated with the most excellent customer service. And our coffee, of course, was excellent. Once again, we have to Praise the Bragels. I can't pick which one is my favorite, but if you haven't tried them (please do❤) Its always a Great wave of good vibes no matter if i go to the Saint Joe BIGGBY or the one in benton harbor. You all nail customer service and always will be a forever customer.

Love the coffee shop. Its a cute interior with comfortable chairs. Staff is very helpful and fast staff. Great place for studying.
