We enjoy the Coffee and awesome service here and would definitely return to this location again in the future.

We are drive through regulars and online order almost every time. Not only is our order ready minutes if not seconds after we place it but most times they already know who we are when we arrive. Also if something is not available or wrong the are great at making it right.

Super clean store. Got a caramel latte and they made it to perfection. This is a great Dunkin.

I've been hearing for a while about this new spot. Way better super nice and helpful staff and the owner was nice to take the time to show me how to use the new ordering kiosk .👍👍 walkEd out with a 1/dozen donuts 🤣🤣

Stopped by on a long journey cross country. Even though is was close to closing, we received great customer service, which is a rarity in today's mile a minute fast food industry. Location was clean, and plenty of parking for our oversized truck and rv. A good stop if you're feeling like a Dunkin' run while traveling I-94!

The service was phenomenal and fast! I had a large order but even when I messed it up myself, the staff accommodated me happily!! If I’m ever in this area again, I will DEFINITELY stop here again!!

I was reading few reviews before me. I honestly don’t know why people act "SO ENTITLED "? They are here working hard keeping bathrooms clean not for community service it is a FOR PROFIT BUSINESS. I see people have problem in paying $1.69 for a donut and driving EV cars. Buddy then good luck there is gas station next door. I will take this store and bathroom cleanliness over anything and everything.

We have always had quick service and correct orders here. Drive thru as well as indoors. Clean and spacious. Well
Organized. Staff actually makes eye contact. Might sound not important to some, but for us, it makes a difference.

This Dunkin’ location is THE best. On the days I have to go into the office this is always my first stop. Huge fan of ordering from the app and picking up at the drive thru window where I am typically greeted by the owner, who is always super friendly! I’m handed my coffee with a smile and I’m on my way!!

Arrived at 6:00 am or 6:00 pm, your order will always be quickly processed. Latte and Americano are always hot and taste the same. Avocado toast and breakfast sandwiches will be served hot, fresh with love. Head up to the management having the best team out there. All the team members have a big smile on the face. Everyone working there is always polite and happy to serve. I should say the best service and good store as compared to any other store..........BIG THANK YOU FOR SERVING FRESH FOOD ALWAYS!!!

I've been using the dunkin app now for many months. My order is always ready, and often times I am greeted by name by the owner. I appreciate the speed as I make my way to school!

Extremely impressed by this Dunkin. The coffee tastes fresh, not burned. The employees we friendly and helpful and the store was very clean. It's been a while since I've been to a dunkin in a while but this has convinced me to give it another try. I will definitely be going back!

I just want to give a huge shout out to Dunkin’ Donuts/Baskin-Robbins in Benton Harbor. They are always so friendly. The store manager is so customer focused, it is fantastic. We had a great conversation while I was waiting for my mocha cappuccino blast. (It was perfect and delicious btw) He has been working pretty much open to close because they are short staffed.. He is so focused on making the customer experience great that he would rather work constantly than hire someone that doesn’t fit his customer centric mentality. I love it. Absolutely fantastic job!
