United States Postal Service

Full service post office in the middle of town. Plenty of parking in the back and convenient drop boxes if you have mail ready to go but don't need to go inside. This is also a federal office building housing FBI, social security, and others. If you get lost the many guards on duty can direct you. Don't be put off by the view from the street, there is ample parking and handicap entrance on State Street side. You just can't see them from Western Avenue.

Have been mailing a lot of packages here for years. The employees here are really helpful and nice. I go to a bunch of different post offices. This one is the most efficient post office I've utilized.

Both Post service Reps that I have encountered were doing their best to cut the line down and be efficient to their clients. Both service was superb however I want to acknowledge the gentleman that helped me, Alex. Alex gave great service and handled a difficult encounter with a client, very professionally. Working in public service is not easy.

Diana helped me with my passport appointment, application & picture and I am beyond grateful! 😭 She was so nice & helpful! Thank you so much Diana & everyone else that works here! 💛💐🌼

Today the young nam and woman who were on duty were more helpful and pleasant than any other time I've been there. They were Soooo helpful. Congratulations!

usually reasonable. Today got a notice that they could not access my driveway to deliver a package. Total BS. My drive is always open.
Package was delivered next day. Still no idea what happened.
I wish the govt. would fund the USPS properly...it's such an important service.
Local service is usually fairly good, and workers pleasant to deal with.

Postmaster has genuinely worked hard anytime I’ve ever called to rectify any situation or to educate me on policies I was in aware of and he always does it in a way that makes me feel listened to and not talked down to. Irene is also super helpful and always polite. She knows her stuff
