We went there not knowing nothing about the place and found a very polite professional staff who were very knowledgeable about their products and made sure we walked out of there with exactly what we was looking for. Delivery service was excellent and very professional about bringing the product into our home. All around great place to rent from.

The staff at Z-Smart in Sturgis are ahhhh-mazing! Being on a very tight budget, not only did they provide me with a beautiful and well made living room set, it's also affordable. Everyone that I have interacted with has been friendly, delivery was fast and the guys were very personable. Highly recommend!

Me and my family needed an Air Conditioner and couldn't pay for one outright for one. We've had problems with Aaron's and RAC in the past. So I was trying to find a good and honest Rent to Own store. I came Across ZSmart on Google and saw all the great reviews they had. So I called them up in Sturgis MI and asked if they had a Window AC and they told me they had to left. I went to the store and filled out the paperwork to get my Rental started. They are an amazing people there. Kind, Understanding and Courteous. They really made me feel Welcomed as soon as I walked to the front door. Delivery right on time and respectful of my property. If you need a place to rent Furniture TV'S ETC, Come to ZSmart Rental. You won't regret it. 1,000x better than AARON'S and RAC.

Had a great experience there working with Chris! He was very knowledgeable and super friendly and I would definitely recommend anyone needing anything to go here!

Everything I come in to the store everybody there is very helpful with anything I need. Also they are very polite. Mr. Ranney is very helpful with all of his installations and setups.

They are awesome. They work with me when I'm late on making my payments and they are always so cheerful. Lol
