This local flower shop has always been friendly and helpful. Their arrangements are always lovely. One of the previous orders I purchased there was a small bouquet for a little girl's dance recital. It was perfect!

Flowers by Mary Lou made a fabulous holiday bouquet for our sons to send to their Grandmother just prior to Christmas. She said it was the most beautiful bouquet she had ever received. Flowers were very fresh and colorful, and stayed fresh for a long time. Overall, very impressed and pleased with the presentation and experience.

My 23rd annual Kinkade bouquet arrived this week. The floral is exquisite; I always love the Kinkade village pieces but the arrangement was superb. Thank you for the holiday boost

My husband requested teal and purple flowers be sent to me for our twentieth anniversary. Teal is an odd request but he was told they'd try. Not only were they teal and purple, the were beautifully arranged. The mum type flowers, baby's breath, and purple flowers lasted an entire month. I highly recommend purchasing from Mary Lou Inc.

Called at 1:30. Ordered a dozen roses delivered before three and they had no problem doing it and the flower arrangement was absolutely beautiful. They did a great job and a great value. Thank you very much for an outstanding service.

I have used Flowers by Mary Lou many times. I live north of Chicago and cannot come to pick the flowers for my Mom personally.
The Staff always do an outstanding job and my Mother is always exceptionally happy with their selection.
3/6/23 I ordered flowers for my Mom's birthday. Not only were the flowers spectacular, the bumble bee bow and bumble bee accessory for the flowers were beyond excellent. My Mom loved the presentation!

This will continue to be my go-to shop for creativity and integrity. They helped me design a beautiful arrangement for a memorial service, but then I discovered two days later that the family requested no flowers. I was kindly given a full refund, since there were still three days until the agreed delivery date. Thank you Mary Lou!

I placed an order through their website for a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to someone who was in the area on business. I had requested for the flowers to to be delivered to the hotel the recipient was staying at. The delivery driver, Ann, called me to let me know the hotel didn't have a record of the recipient's name. Ann was so patient with me while I tried to figure out the name the room was under. She offered to come back to the hotel later in the day once I was able to figure out the correct place to put the flowers. When it was realized that the recipient would be at a different location all day, Ann didn't hesitate to offer to drive it to the other location to deliver them. I told Ann she did not need to go through that trouble, but she insisted on getting the flowers to the recipient no matter what it took. Ann provided the most amazing customer service during a situation that was very inconvenient to her. I was so impressed by how far above and beyond Ann went for my order to make it special for the recipient. And the bouquet was beautiful. Thanks so much!

Absolutely incredible service! Ordered flowers for my daughter from out-of-state to St. John's. She was discharge early before the flowers were delivered.
Sent them a cut-n-paste of her address and the flowers were instantly delivered fresh and beautiful!

Love you guys so much for taking the stress off of us out of staters.

Needed a great looking floral arrangement for a dear friend going through some tough stuff and it was her birthday. Mary Lou’s Flowers delivered what they said they would, when they said they would. Recipient was delighted.
Not cheap, but as any printer will say, “you can have it cheap, fast, or good — pick two!” Me? I’m going for the quality whenever there’s a choice.

I would like to thank FLOWERS BY MARYLOU flower shop. I stopped at my local florist to order a plant for my sister in law’s funeral to be sent to Springfield IL.
They informed me to contact the locally owned florist.
I got on the internet & found the phone number and when I called it was 15 minutes before closing. The lady was very patient and helped me decide which plant to order. It was delivered by 2:00 PM on the date of the viewing. The family sent me a picture of what I ordered. Beautiful peace plant. ❤

I live in Ohio and wanted to send my daughter a bouquet for her birthday since I could not be there. I made my purchase online and hoped for the best. What a wonderful surprise when my daughter showed me the birthday cake bouquet! Bothe she and I LOVED it. Great quality floral arrangement

I wish I could give 10 stars. I ordered a fruit basket for a family friend from Mary Lou's and the staff was absolutely wonderful. They called the day it was supposed to be delivered to verify someone would be home. Some unfortunate circumstances on my friends end made it so the basket could not be delivered. The staff was extremely nice and pushed the delivery date back an entire week. They kept in contact with both me and my friend and made the whole situation so easy. If you are in the Springfield area I highly recommend this wonderful shop.

My husband and I are so happy with our decision to use Flowers by Mary Lou for our wedding flowers. We were unsure of what we wanted and the staff was very helpful in guiding us in the right direction and making sure our flowers were beautiful. The price was great and they were very friendly and pleasant to work with. I am recommending them to everyone!
