If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I loved this location before, but now I will never go to another box lunch besides this one. Hailey and Beth took such great care of me. I called this morning to inquire about an item that I had been checking multiple times a day that sold out within hours on the box lunch website, and called to see if they had any in stock at the store. They didn’t. Then shortly after, they called me back and said they found the item I was looking for in the back room. One of their last ones. Over an hour drive later and the item is mine and it’s all thanks to the thoughtfulness of the employees who called me back. It’s not the item I’m giving 5 stars to, it’s the personal touch this store gives to ensure a smile on their customers faces. They didn’t have to call me back to inform me they found the item, but they did and that is why I will drive out of my way to shop at this location. Thank you again hailey and Beth.

Went here with one of my friends and its a pretty neat store! They have interesting things like ramen noodle bowls and character themed items. The lady who helped us was pretty nice!

Just called to ask about a product and the person on the phone was super nice even though they were out of stock in store. The one time I was in there, the store was bright and friendly.

I love box lunch !! It has the most amazing things n I always find something esp for gifts. They are always changing their inventory n it's all such cool stuff. The people are extremely nice there. You should check out this amazing store.

Love this store. Not only because they have awesome stuff, but because with every 10 dollars you spend, 1 meal goes to feed the hungry!! Great idea, more places should do things like this!!

I absolutely love Box Lunch! I usually go to the one in Grandville, but I stopped by this one since I was passing it anyways during a road trip. Matt helped me get the shirt I wanted to gift someone, but online was no help to get it and Grandville didn't have the size I needed.

BoxLunch has a lot of great merchandise from a wide variety of brands. It can range from Star Wars to Avatar! I highly recommend this store if you are into this kind of stuff!

Really fun and interesting, lots of merch from different shows and movies, like The Office, the Harry Potter movies, Lion King, Toy Story, Stranger Things, and many more!

Basically a hot topic for kids that grew up, it's got a lot of retro apparel from quintessential 90's and 2000's disney movies, really enjoyed the nostalgia.

Friendliest staff. Always helpful. Lots of pop culture stuff. Maybe a bit expensive for dinner but this is stuff you won't find just anywhere

I love going here. They have all kinds of new pins and new merch that always comes in. Never the same thing twice.

Love stopping in just to banter with the staff. Great products and they have Grey's anatomy gear.
