Baylis Medical Building

I went for a biopsy, and the staff were very friendly and professional. They made me feel comfortable in spite of the circumstances. I would recommend the imaging center at Baylis for anyone needing a biopsy. The building itself was very clean, and it was easy to find where I was going. I appreciated the attached parking garage since it was January in Illinois.

The staff has always been amazing, now since I stood my ground on medical issue having staff that are siu fears me....ct for the issue of being there fingers are crossed no cancer.....

The staff were SO incredibly kind. I was shaking from being so nervous and a very sweet member of staff offered me a warm blanket. When I was having my X-Ray, an incredibly kind radiologist by the name of Barb (Hi Barb!!!!) was very patient and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way, even going as far to make sure the table wouldn't be cold. She was just so nice and encouraging. A nurse took my blood and I hardly even felt the needle, she is INCREDIBLY skilled with her work. She even let me hold a little squishy penguin because I was scared of the needle. Overall, the staff go above and beyond to ensure patients' comfort and well-being. I was in tears from how well I was treated. Thank you to all the staff who work here.

We use this facility often as several of our SIU doctors are here.

I've been a patient there for years now and I've been in a wheelchair for almost 4 years they need to get smaller ones im 5"4 110pd and i cant always take my chair with me an there chairs can fit 5 of me in so pls im not the only small patient im sure.

Nina was fantastic. I was so overwhelmed trying to get my elderly father in for his MRI. She took over and helped me dress him and transport him to a new wheelchair. She was so helpful and kind. You need more techs like her. Bravo

The staff here were very nice and I didn't wait long for my appointment. However, It did seem a little difficult to get ahold of anyone to schedule the appointment initially.

We’ve been going for over 3 years now to Dr. West and his team at the transplant floor. Absolutely the best care we could ask for.

Have had labs, ultrasound, CT scan etc. They have always been pleasant and has never taken long at all

I had surgery at this place a few days ago. The staff was really nice and they even offered me laughing gas for my fear of IVs.
