Starbucks

Very good I always get the same coffee order every time and it's usually on point. There's one lady there that makes it PERFECT every time.

We stopped in at 10:30 on our way through town. They were surprisingly busy for that time of a day on a Friday, but they did a great job handling the rush. They were extremely friendly, and my buddy's food order was done quickly.

Stop through on Thanksgiving at around 4:30.Very pleasant young woman. Took our order!! I love the seasonal ginger!!

I stopped in for a drink during a road trip. The staff was very friendly and my mocha was perfect!

Nice new Starbucks location. The service was quite long, but smiles on staff's face helped.

I love this place! I love the workers, they're all very kind! The food and drink here are very good, I've enjoyed every drink and food item I've bought and tried. The atmosphere is very calming too! I love the choice of music the workers put on, it can range from italian 20s swing to lofi music!

Great place with wonderful staffs . . So welcoming and kind staff . . . Nice Hot Chai Latte as well . . . I love it. . So refreshing and soothing . . I stop by this place every week Friday on my way to Decatur. I have experienced better service every time in the last three months.

One of our favorite stores to stop by! Shoutout to Kate, she was so sweet during our visit today. We always have such a nice experience at this store, it’s clean, well run and all the baristas are so kind. Keep up the good work!

They always do such a great job even on some of our larger orders! In the rare occasion a drink wasn’t made the way it was ordered, the staff is quick to apologize and fix the mistake with no hassle. With that being said, the employees are always so friendly! The inside of the building is incredibly clean and well kept with a relaxed atmosphere. :)

I usually don’t write reviews unless they’re positive but the last 3 times I’ve been to this Starbucks they’ve messed up my drink. I wanna start by saying that the service is aways wonderful and we get though the line fast. But I’ve been to this Starbucks 3 times and my drink hasn’t been the way I want a single time. It’s a simple mistake. I order a refresher everytime I go and they always ask if I want water or lemonade. My answer changes from time to time. The first time they messed it up, I ordered it with water and light ice and they gave me it with lemonade and the cup was full of ice. Not a big deal, it was busy and basically still the same but not what I ordered. And then the next time I went, I ordered it with the lemonade (regular ice) because it was good last time! But they gave it to me with water and this time it was reallllyyyyy watery. Again not a huge deal to me, but I’ve never had one that watery. And then I went yesterday and ordered two drinks and they were messed up again. This time I ordered them (one with lemonade) and they both came with water. I did notice the same person make the drinks for 1st and 3rd order, so I feel like maybe it’s just an error they’re not aware of. I don’t want to give a bad rating over a simple mistake, but just make whoever is making the tiny mistake aware because it’s probably happening to others.

This is hands down the best Starbucks I have r we been in. I stop every single time passing by on my way to Chicago. I typically travel with my 15 month old. The bathroom and changing table are always clean and the staff is so nice.
It’s the only Starbucks I will stop at anymore.

THIS PLACE IS ALWAYS TOP NOTCH! The orders are always spot on and SO FAST! Every time we come here they are super nice and helpful!

I was only here to stop for coffee for my travels but this is one of the best Starbucks I have ever been too. Extremely clean, which I don’t normally expect from places that are right off of the highway. And the staff was amazing. Everyone was extremely nice not only to the customers but to each other. Very speedy too for how many customers they had both inside and in the drive through.

I love starbucks, and would frequently get it before heading to work in decatur. i recently switched jobs and now work in Lincoln and i have never been to a better starbucks! i’ve loved here for about a year and the staff is so friendly everytime you come in with an abundance of hellos and thank you when you leave. the starbucks i used to go to in decatur had a 30 minute drive through wait at all times, not matter how early in the morning you get there. Here, even when the drive through is backed up they get you through very quickly, and the wait is nowhere near 30 minutes. my pups are frequently with me, they love getting their pup cups, and the staff here loves giving them to them even more than they love eating them. i’ve never met a more friendly group of people who work together so we’ll! highly recommend this starbucks!

my favorite drink was made to perfection! although the woman at the window almost forgot to give us our other drink and had to wait for a long time for them to make it. I love Starbucks!

A Starbucks regular, this is a new one and on my route up 55. Easy access at end of northbound exit ramp and on-ramp when exiting parking lot. Very good customer service and always welcoming even when just opening or closing. Seems to be staffed.

To the kind soul that turned in the phone I left in the bathroom - Thank you! I hope your kindness returns to you 1,000 times!

And thank you to the staff for holding on to the phone and keeping it safe until I was able to stop in and pick it up!

Placed an online order, and it was done extremely quick. Not sure of the 1-2 star reviews. It’s new, they still have to get the hang of things. Taste and quality are like every other Starbucks I’ve been to, so zero complaints from me there. Rome wasn’t built in a day, keep up the great work!
