Just left this place with our son (2) who had to have surgery. The customer service was amazing from the reception desk, nurses, cafeteria staff and everyone in between. It's hard to make a 2 year old be cooperative and not scared and all the nurses made sure to go above and beyond to make him happy and comfortable. Plus they seem to have a good communication program set up between staff.

I was treated very well here. I would recommend this hospital to everyone. I have visited several different departments and have also had major surgery there. All were fantastic

Finding this place was difficult. The address was listed as 301 N 8th street. I saw a Dr. At this place and he and his staff were fine. The administration of the Springfield Clinic must be having a lot of difficulties or they wouldn't leave the instructions to this place as 301 N 8th street. The staff hear the complaints but the administration ignores them.

So far would not recommend very painful and got 4 different kinds of bacterial infection now and large blisters and numb feet caused by too tight compression bandages. And tried all day to get help on it and got run around and recorded messages. And told to try again tomorrow.

I am a CNA and bring my residents here and have waited 2 and a half hours for them to see my residents then an hour waiting on the doctor, and mind u there in lots of pain and from Jacksonville so I think this place is ridiculous every time I come here it's like this and they say the same thing every time too that there a little behind little behind my ass !!!!!
