Memorial Care on N. Dirksen

Last year around Christmas time, I came in to the office. Dr Mary Saunders is my primary care. A gentleman named Keith Smith greeted me at the desk. He is always very kind and attentive. I was admiring the vintage truck holiday decorations that were up. He advised me that his wife and he supplied them and had bought more than were needed. He gave me one at no charge!! I was tickled pink! Thank you for hiring such caring people! He went over and above the call of duty!! Thanks Keith!

Went in for an appointment where they told me nothing is wrong with me. Sitting here a month later with infected tonsils and a $250 dollar bill from them. This place is a joke. Sorry to anyone stuck with BCBS insurance and gets to be monetarily abused by this company.

Called July 26th 2023. Was on hold for 1 hr 8 min before hanging up. Never spoke to anyone. Unacceptable. Looks like I will look for a new doctor at another facility.

My mom, my daughters biological grandmother, tried taking my daughter in to be seen and they got turned away because they “weren’t able to find her in the system”. My daughters name is kind of unique and she also has a primary care doctor through the memorial system, there’s no way in hell they shouldn’t have been able to find her in the system. Very poor service and laziness on their part. I think they just didn’t want to see her because it was 5 minutes til 8, if that’s the case they could’ve just said something instead of lying.

Allison the nurse practitioner was very rude made me feel stupid and really don’t know why she has a job as a nurse because she has no nursing qualities.

I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment and they refused to see my daughter because I wasn’t there 15 minutes before my scheduled time.
