I'm very impressed with their honesty. I brought my car in for new brakes. The pedal went almost to the floor and the car squealed every time I put my foot on the brakes. I was told I just had cheap brake pads that caused the squealing, but they weren't worn out to the extent that I needed new pads. He could have easily put new pads on my car and I would have thought nothing of it. I'll be back for sure!

Was quick to help! Thank you. Very reasonable priced for a lockout, got to me quickly and even did some research on my automatic locking issue with no charge, called me back with advice on problem, allowed me to call in and pay next day for services rendered. Amazing service!

Blew the serpentine belt in my truck just outside Durand. Had it towed to Matteson. Glenn is a stand up man. Had it fixed fairly quickly and the price was unheard of including the tow. Was very pleased with the work. Definitely recommend this place.

Pulling for The Community is not just a slogan painted on the side of Glenn Matteson's Tow trucks - Glenn pulls constantly in his everyday life for Durand people & his customers to suceed! & when Glenn is not at Matteson's Service Center - he is elsewhere in the community pulling for a great cause - such as 1) Pulling a fire hose for the Volunteers Fire Department 2) Pulling Medical patients into the Durand Ambulance & driving the Ambulance 3) Pulling your change into a Lions Club donation bucket for candy to help the blind! 4) Pulling bleachers, racing walls and other various things around for community events & 5)My favorite Pulling beers from the window because he missed a pin on purpose at the Bowling Alley, so everybody can feel great!!!!
