TownePlace Suites by Marriott Chicago Elgin/West Dundee

The 2 bedroom suite was a nice option for my family's over night stay. Other than a few things needing to be updated, the hotel is nice. My toddler scratched himself on the bathtub faucet, I called the front desk looking for some ointment to put on it. The lady was so kind. She couldn't find anything but promised to follow up if she did. A short bitter later, an array of first aid supplies were delivered to our door. We appreciated this generosity greatly. A short bit later the front desk clerk called asking if they could assist us further and if our little man was doing okay. We thanked her for her attentiveness and concern. She also offered to send a manager to our room if we would like to fill an accident report out. It was not necessary in the slightest but we appreciated the fact that the hotel did not hesitate to help or meet our needs. Thank you!!

My family enjoyed our stay at TownePlace Suites. The staff were accommodating and friendly. The first night we arrived, I needed something from their first aid and when I went to the front office, the lady at the desk had also gotten extra towels prepared for us. (I had not asked for them yet, but we needed more towels!) Our suite was also very clean and a comfortable size. We spent the day and two nights there and were quite pleased.

A fabulous place to stay if you're visiting with family. Our room had 2 bedroom and a living room area which is ideal if you want go out the kids time bed but want to stay up. The shampoo and conditioner!!!! Oh my gosh it was the best. Tea tree shampoo, it's like mouth wash for your head. Full size bottles too! Finally a hotel can give out more than a squeeze of shampoo! The breakfast was wonderful. Eggs, a meat, and waffles every morning. Best hotel breakfast I've ever had. The staff is so sweet too. We will def be staying here next time we visit.

Feels like home. You have kitchen, oven fridge, stove, a nice bed for two. The service is good. They clean bathroom and the room everyday. Free breakfast is provided. Also provides shuttle services to nearby places. The best part is the beauty of this place amd the surroundings.

Stay here every time I come to visit my grandbabies. Clean and roomy. Love that the beds are in separate rooms....I can close my door while the rest of the family can stay up and catch up... Plenty of parking spots. Small functional kitchen. Can be difficult to get out on to the main road, but there is a nice convenient store at the end of its drive.

I have stayed in this place for more than 3 months. I would say I loved this place. Rooms are very comfortable for extended stay, staff is very helpful and joyful and house keeping cleans the room daily. You also get decent complimentary breakfast everyday.

I visited Town place suites in West Dundee because my in laws live in Elgin so instead of driving an hour from Chicago to the burbs we stay out there to real and get a little extra sleep in. This place is awesome!! We come here most of the employees are very accommodating and helpful anything I need they are on top of it. I come here for work as well and they have a small but convenient office area that is not the fanciest bit still gets the job done. Out of all the hotel chains Town place suites is my definite 1st Choice where ever I go, because my frequency in West Dundee has definitely hooked me in but my visits to others have definitely kept me looking for them and has maintained my trust. They are definitely and undoubtedly my 1st choice of hotel stays when I travel!!

I had lost hope on hotels that were cheap for a family stay that were not cramped. I have been delighted to stay here. The kitchenette is wonderful and the breakfast, though a small selection, was delicious. We would definitely stay again.

Apparently the have new management or new work crew. Had a few issues with room; however, taken cae of within 30 minutes. Breakfast decent & coffee all the time. Did not use pool, but it seemed very clean.

Always a nice place to stay when in town. Kitchen was clean and useful. Didn't make breakfast but coffee was there. Nice staff and quiet location. Easy access to highway and local pubs and restaurants.

This hotel is very clean and cozy. Susan, the front desk clerk is the sweetest lady. With a kitchenette that has a fridge and freezer, stove, dishwasher, and garbage disposal it is a perfect place for an extended stay.

This is a really nice place to stay in all of the Chicago area. Eva who makes the greatest breakfast. She is very accommodative to all especially to people who have food restrictions. She gives service with a smile. We feel love when we came & see Eva.

Stayed here long term while my wife was taking a class. I just needed WiFi to work. It is clean, and the breakfast is a great start to the day! It was perfect for us...

The breakfast was great and quite suitable. Parking was plenty and the room was very clean and well suited for using. Would stay again

Had a fabulous stay here! It is exactly what TownePlace Suites are known for...great rooms at a reasonable rate. The staff was friendly and helpful. Will come back.

Customer service was above and beyond during whole stay. Very pet friendly hotel. Do charge pet fee, which I didn't see on web site.

No issues here for the price paid. Did not get an upgrade this time but they did seem full especially the first night I arrived. Location is right off the highway too.

Amazingly affordable and comfy rooms, decent breakfast but the best part was the location. Very close to lots to do.

Very pleased with our stay here, friendly and kind staff, besides currently all the amenities being shut down, I totally recommend!
