Quality Inn Elgin I-90

I recently stayed at Quality Inn Elgin I-90 and wanted to share my experience with you. My partner and I were attending a wedding and needed a nearby hotel for the night. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, making the check-in process quick and easy. Just a heads up, they do require a refundable deposit upon check-in - mine was $50 and was returned upon check-out.

Our room was spacious and
well-equipped with soap, shampoo, conditioner, a TV, mini fridge, and an iron. The breakfast offered was decent, although there were limited choices. The price for the stay was very reasonable, making it a great value for the services provided.

Overall, Quality Inn Elgin I-90 met all my expectations and I would definitely recommend it. If I have the opportunity, I would choose to stay there again in the future.

I read all the reviews before booking our stay for tonight and our room is immaculate and VERY CLEAN! The floors, bathroom, the room and everything is super clean! I don't get why others complained about their rooms, I took a chance and for the decent price I got it for was well worth it! I love this room! I'm looking forward to the hot breakfast tomorrow morning, if we book again this week I will stay here, I'm loving this room! I recommend this motel, I hope you get a very clean room like I did! Love this room I ain't kidding, you'll be glad you did!

Feeling at home -- very relaxing, safe and organized haven. All staff extremely helpful, accommodating, pleasant, efficient and professional. Free full breakfast is always something to look forward to to kick-start one's day. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

I recently stayed here after a long travel and the women working over night… I believe it was Jennifer? She Was so pleasant and helpful also pretty funny the staff was nice as well as the rooms I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

I always stay here during my transitions from OTR truck driving to going home, etc. It deserves way more than 2 stars in my book. Well run, clean, the staff is great and the breakfast is very good. Non assuming, local and just fine.

Clean room with all the basics. The rooms were small but fine for a quick overnight stay. The room only had a shower stall, which was fine for my family, but any families with small children may find that challenging. Breakfast was the normal 'hot breakfast' fair; nothing fancy, but it met the need. The staff was friendly.

Great experience. We had to stop here unexpectedly after flying into O'Hare- initially planning to drive home to Wisconsin that night, but there was a bad snowstorm and we pulled off and randomly chose this hotel. The desk staff member Henry was supremely helpful (even though we accidentally booked a room for 2pm on our phone instead of 2am... Oops), and made sure we got a room that night. The room was very clean and comfortable.

When I walked in it clean and smell good. Customer service was good. Oh the rooms is clean . The cleaning service was good they are nice. Ask you if you need anything just let them know . This was mine first time on vacation in 7 years and I enjoyed myself .And yes I definitely be going back .

A basic but solid hotel. My biggest requirements are a decent bed and shower, both were excellent. The bed was very comfortable and the shower is modern, clean, and has a decent shower head. The breakfast included eggs, waffles and biscuits and gravy. Excellent value stay!

The Elgin,Illinois Quality Inn was great. Check in was easy and the counter person (didn't get his name) was helpful and very nice. Room was really good and didn't smell at all, and the hallway didn't smell like cigarette smoke even though there were smoking rooms. Lots of people with pets, but I didn't hear anything in the building (good to know I can bring my 2 small dogs if I need to). Barb, at the front counter was very helpful and pleasant (had a problem with the door key and she fixed it) and was very nice at check-out. We asked for an extra blanket, and Barb made sure it happened! Thanks Barb! We come to the Elgin area a lot, and will be staying at this Quality Inn. The whole experience was outstanding! Thank You.

I was very pleased with a one-night stay at this location very kind people at the desk and great service. The morning breakfast was excellent as also the room no complaints here.

Clean and quite. Parking lot was clean too. Nice breakfast, not just cereal lol. Check out is noon so plenty of time to get up in the mornings.

Stayed here for a week due to truck being in shop. All the staff were friendly and respectful. Breakfast is decent, nothing super fancy.

I accidentally booked our hotel in the wrong area through Expedia and the ladies at the front desk were so helpful. They ended up giving us a room that beat the Expedia price. The room is not top dollar quality, but nothing less than what I am paying for.

Highly recommended. Got a really good deal and the room is very nice. Especially nice since I have my two dogs with me. You would never know I have a pet room.

Great place to stay if you have pets. Nicely appointed, comfortable rooms for pet owners, rather than the down-graded, tiled-floor prison cell-like rooms of other chain's "pet-friendly" rooms.

We stayed 3 nights. Very nice rooms on 3rd floor. Staff was great. Extended check out was no problem. Breakfast was good.

The room was really clean and cozy. The night manager was a great person and breakfast was awesome. Definitely will go again.
