Everything Pedal

I brought my bike to everything pedal to get new tubes and tires. He also went through my brakes and replaced the pads and a worn cable and adjusted my gears so the bike shifts flawlessly.
Eric is a very nice guy that fixed my bike the day i brought it in (i did make an appointment for that) and he charged me a very reasonable price.
You can tell he takes pride and has fun doing his job.
Everything Pedal is hands down where i go for my family’s cycling needs.

By far the best bike shop around this area! The owner, Eric is knowledgeable and his customer service is outstanding! My wife and I couldn't be happier with our Aventon E-bikes. I've purchased 3 bikes from this shop and wouldn't go anywhere else.

After extensive research on a bike I’d wanted for commuting, I ordered my Marin through this shop. From initial order to first tune-up, Eric was honest and knowledgeable every step of the way! He also gave helpful info regarding upgrades for the bike (bags, lights, etc) and I came away with some great addons and other apparel. If you’re in the area, definitely check this place out. Highly recommended!

Eric was super friendly, they replaced the brakes on my Ebike for be with some hydraulic disc brakes I will be back!

I called the owner of the shop today after looking all over the area the past few days for a bike and today he got my exact size delivered, exactly what I was looking for in a hybrid, and best of all . . . it was a Marin! Eric knows everything there is to know about bikes and is passionate about it. I was so happy to find what I was looking for and was able to give business to a local shop, and not a giant commercial shop. I will always be coming back for my biking needs. Fantastic business and a fantastic owner. This is my second time getting bike maintenance done and this is the only shop that comes to mind when I need bike work or accessories. Eric is so helpful and knowledgeable. I dropped my bike off on a Tuesday to get new tires and picked it up Wednesday afternoon fully finished. Barely over 24 hours!! He goes above and beyond what you could possibly expect. He genuinely cares about his customer and will make the little efforts to make sure your bike is in the best condition when leaving the shop. Huge shout out to Eric!!

Great place to bring your bikes to. Shop owner is very knowledgeable, friendly, and has great prices for repairs. Brought him one of my old beat up bikes, which I thought was far gone, and he was able to repair it, clean it up and leave it working great again, and as a plus, I got a popsicle. I 100% recommend this shop.

Great little bike shop by the Fox River in old downtown South Elgin. Easy to get to from the bike path. Eric is a genuine guy who loves what he does. He is fairly priced, passionate about bicycles, and a cheerful guy that you want to have service your bike. The best thing is that he isn't afraid to work on a bicycle that's a little unique (like my electric bike). Standard bicycles can assuredly be repaired or maintained, but non-standard (like a Vanmoof e-bike) bike with parts that need to be swapped out can be repaired by him, and (here's what separates him from an average bike shop)--he's not afraid to tackle something he's never done before. He's one of those guys that likes to figure things out. A tinkerer. Or they charge an arm and a leg. This guy is curious about new things, can fix anything you bring him, and do so with a contagiously playful personality. I wouldn't take my Vanmoof, our any bike, to any other bike shop. And he's so close by! A real find for the tri-city area, and again I hope Vanmoof and others make him a certified technician or salesperson for their brand.

Best bike mechanic I've ever come across. He just rebuilt my 97 Trek 7000 and it's running nice and smooth. New handle bars, all wires breaks and gears plus the main housing that connects the two cranks. Great customer service, very knowledgeable and he likes what he does. He's definitely got skill.

Just picked up a sweet Marin Hybrid. Dude was awesome. Took super good care of us. Definitely recommend.

I just got my bike fixed at this bike shop. I took my bike in Monday and he had my bike all fixed up running like new again the very next day. I was very impressed. The price he charged me was very reasonable. I will definitely tell my family and friends about this place. And if I need any future repairs I definitely will be coming back. Eric's never been anything but a helpful, solid bike resource. He's expanded at his own pace, and everything pedal is a south Elgin fixture.

Everything Pedal is the only bike shop I will do business with. They sold me a bike and service other bikes of mine. This family owned shop genuinely cares about its cutomers, is honest and friendly, and has very high standards. They consistently deliver outstanding service, skilled bike fitting, fair prices, and knowledgeable product advice.
