Edward-Elmhurst Health Center - Schiller Street

I went there for the first time today to see my new doctor. Everyone was very helpful. The reception desk was courteous and even gave me a towel because I was soaking wet from the rain. The nurses were polite too. So glad I chose this place!

Very easy to get in and out of. Fantastic doctors!!

Good service for patients

Call taker (9:52am on 11/24/23) was extremely rude and unhelpful. Surely attitude. These calls need to be listened to and monitored as it is not consistent will patient health or wellness. Avoid at all costs.

The latest person sitting at the front desk under registration (booth doesn’t have a number), is very rude and short. Every time I come she talks back to me in a belittling way. She also is uninformed that they start taking calls at 830am and not 800. When I tried to tell her she spoke over me in a demanding way. I’ve been coming here for years, and have never been treated as such.

Went in for a routine yearly physical, only health center I've ever used that apparently won't bill it under preventative care. Definitely recommend going elsewhere.
