Mozzafiato Gelato and Coffee

I stopped from out of town. The owner (or I assume is the owner, if not I apologize) went out of her way to make sure the gelato filled cannolis would make it the 40 min drive home. I was going to risk it anyway because they looked so good, but she made sure they’d stay extra cold for me. The service was top tier. Everything is delicious. I hate that I live so far away otherwise I’d stop by frequently. Highly recommend!!

Had the Pumpkin spice cinnamon roll (huge) and the Bubble waffle wrapped Gelato (whiskey carmel and butter pecan). Lots of flavor here! Served on real plates by very friendly staff. Good Italian coffee as well.

Amazing local coffee and gelato shop in Elgin. All of the gelatos and pastries are homemade on site. They do unique things with gelato like coffee drinks with gelato in them as well as cannolis filled with gelato! Outstanding customer service too- the owner Chris took care of us personally and was a super nice guy. Most coffee shops close early but they are open until 8 almost every night which is nice. Great place - can’t wait to go back!

The kids loved the bubble waffle. Ice cream was yummy. We will come back and try all of the other treats they have.

Glad I stopped in for a visit. Been wanting to come in and try the gelato all year. First and foremost, you will not be disappointed with the service. Family owned and operated and it really shows. Aside from the exceptional service, the gelato is extraordinary. I'll definitely be coming back to try the coffee.

Delicious gelato, cute place, sat in the vespa seats, so comfortable, great equipment behind the counter, girls were sweet and helpful, great product.

Is very nice and clean place friendly people and the gelato was really good the frappes are good too. If you like coffee you should try the nutella with espresso 👌 trust me you wont be disappointed definitely I'm going back

The egg, cheese and bacon croissant 🥐 is just delicious. Coffee ☕ is also good. I highly recommend it.

Highly recommend! We went over the weekend and had the breakfast croissant. It was delicious! The cold brew coffee and latte were great too. The employees were both very friendly and the place is so cute! Our kids loved it. We can't wait to go back this week for Gelato. Go check this place out!!

A must-go if you’re in the area. Deeeelicious gelato! Oodles of flavors, including gourmet flavored waffle cones!! Ooh Lala. The mini spoons are also baby approved;) Treat yourself!

Stopped in tonight after having dinner in the same strip mall and what a hidden gem! The staff was so nice and friendly with our large group of 11 (5 of them small kids). One of the owners introduced herself and was super nice and telling us all about how they got started and showing us all the yummy treats :) The gelato is amazing. We are officially moving to the area in a few short weeks and excited to make this our go to place!

I had a waffle cone with one scoop of the Kinder Bueno flavor. I really enjoyed the flavor and highly recommend this place. Excellent experience! 😊

This place is a hidden gem. We would never had known about it had we not been sitting at a nearby restaurant and I was looking for someplace with desserts.

Their Gelato is so fresh and delicious. Very bright and significant flavor. The people were so helpful and kind. Make sure to visit when you get a chance, you won't be sorry.

First time here and we'll be back for sure. Delicious Gelato, so many options...clean and bright Cafe, super friendly staff. Can't wait to try the sandwiches and coffee too. I love that they are locally owned too!! Yum.

We stopped in just to try it out and left knowing this was going to be our new place to get treats. They have a great variety and it’s great quality. I had the gelato shake with birthday cake and strawberry cheesecake which was absolutely delicious and a great price for the serving size. I’d highly recommend this over any other ice cream/treat shop nearby.

We love everything about Mozzafiatio! The kids love all the unique gelato flavors like birthday cake and cotton candy. The coffee and the frapes are so delicious! Our favorites are the Oreo frape and the Nutty Italian latte. The staff is always super nice and helpful. Everything is amazing!
