Definitely a go to place! Professional and helpful! General manager Levonte went out of his way to make sure everything happened for me easily! And if that wasn’t enough Alex and Chris who delivered my couch set made it happen when it didn’t seem possible to make it through the door frame of my apartment building they made it happen!!! Thank you guys!!

I just wanted to say everyone from the General Manager to the Sales Manager were and are very exceptional salesmen to work with. I also want to share my experience with the delivery team, they were prompt and very professional. They took the time to set up my new 75" television and showed me some features on it.
My buying experience as a whole was seamless!! They helped me out with the payment process and kept me informed when my merchandise would arrive. Thank you AARONS OF ADDISON!!!

I had a problem with a mattress set that I had purchased almost 2 years ago. I called the store manager Mimi, and she made sure that it was replaced with a brand new mattress set and box spring. The delivery drivers where is awesome as can be and I got top notch customer service. Definitely a great store to shop.

Previously I had an issue that went unresolved for an extended period of time. However, it sounds as though they have really turned things around. After they found out about my issue they called me the same day and a week later my problem was resolved. The new manager and the delivery people that helped resolve the problem were extremely kind and helpful. I would recommend shopping at this location now that they have great people and great service. Thank you so much for your help.
