I decided to switch cell phone service over to Verizon and what a great experience thanks to the representative. I had a pleasure doing business with Josh. He was so patient with me throughout the process. I could tell instantly that he loves his job. He took the time to go over all my questions and had the patience to answer each one of them in detail. He was successful at setting up my service and phones. Great job Josh. What an asset you are to this company!

My favorite store!! I drive 35 minutes just to do all of my phone and tablet business with this store. In particular I only work with Alfonzo Veneziano. Hands down the easiest, friendliest, knowledgeable and most easy going guy! He takes the time to review the best options for me and my family! Makes this daunting task quick and super easy!

I had a great experience at Verizon Belvidere replacing my trashed iPhone. Cruz Marquis was friendly and professional and took the time necessary to retrieve as much of the info from my old phone as possible.

Thanks to Cruz for helping us today at the store. We came in for one maybe 2 phones and left with 4 because of the great deal he was able to set us up with.

Shane, who was running the store when my partner and I went in recently to upgrade our lines, is the consummate professional. I am a teacher who works retail on the weekends and I was very impressed by his ability to make all customers feel welcome despite the fact that he was holding down the whole store on his own. He could multitask without making anyone feel neglected. He provided excellent customer service while demonstrating exhaustive product knowledge. And perhaps most important, it was clear that he cared about the customer experience.

Tanner was our salesman and he was amazing. My sons phone wouldn't charge any longer and I was on a very tight budget. He was able to get him a new worming phone and out the door quickly. Plus was within my budget. We will definitely visit him again.

I was looking to switch over from a different carrier and upgrade my phone and my fiance was just upgrading hers and Daniel Stowe helped us out!! Extremely professional and helpful in everything we needed, fellow employees were also helpful and just courteous to us can tell there's a good work culture here and genuinely nice people that care about helping out a customer in need! 10/10 would recommend to everyone.

Daniel was absolutely the most helpful person I’ve ever had in any sort of business! He started from scratch with my old and new phone and completely activated it after the Rockford location messed it all up in the first place. He sat on phone with people that could help (even though they weren’t very helpful to him) and he still managed to pull through and get me the new phone I’ve been waiting for!! He also put on my screen protector that I didn’t even buy from them! Absolutely the best help I could ask for! Someone give this man a RAISE OR SOMETHING!!!

He is beyond amazing ,what he did to help with out with my main concerns regarding my billing was handles in a timely professional manner. Not only did he help us out but explained everything Thoroughly. I have to admit that I had set up appointments to come in but last minute emergency happened and instead of me physically coming in he handled it all over by phone. The fact that he worked with my crazy schedule. I’ve never had such amazing customer service at a phone service . He is a very respectful gentleman and I advise many people that if your looking for some one ask for Dan the man lol! He will surely keep you happy and also offer the best deals on lasted phones, tables and watches. Over all he will be my go to for all my Verizon needs!

I recently bought new phones for my family from here and I was very pleased of the service that Kenan Kasapovic gave. He went above and beyond to help us choose the best possible plan and option. He gave us a great deal on our new phones. Kenan is the guy to go to for all your phone related needs. I certainly will work with him again when I decide to upgrade my phone.

Had the quickest & easiest visit yet, at the Belvidere location. Daniel Stowe made sure my experience for an iPhone upgrade was pain-less! Provided insight on steps to take prior to my visit so the transition was not so time-consuming. Very happy with the efficiency, the Team, & my new iPhone :)

I was dreading coming in an updating my phone today. I didn't have the best experience in the past but instantly when i walked in, i was greeted by Brian. A very polite , phenomenal, wise gentleman. He did explain that the the store has changed since I been here and they are a franchise now. I honestly had the best experience ever at this store and will continue to bring business here. This store has done more for me than the previous owner.

I had one of the best buying experience ever today with Brian S! My mothers phone stopped working in another state, and she doesn't know any information to her device. He was able to get us a replacement and recover all of her information identical, and even set up Facebook and her emails. This store takes great care of their clients, and this is why i will always travel extra to come see them. Thank you Brian S!

I had a great experience. Ana is the sales person that helped us and I think it was one of the best experience I have had upgrading some lines and adding another. They didn't rush us when we couldn't decide on the kind of phone we wanted and just answered every question that came to mind. Very happy with the service and happy with my purchase.

Brian is the best rep I have ever encounter in my buying experience. I went into the store to fix couple account issues, an he sold himself so great. I will always come back to this store !
