I’m a dedicated member of Aaron’s in Belvidere IL . My whole house is full of furniture from big screens to Fridge to living rooms sets . They are by far the best . They make it so easy for me to have a beautiful home on a budget. I always tell my friends and family where I get my awesome furniture from . I left here so I could start saving money on interest and fees but the amazing people is what made me decide to come back and purchase my new washer and dryer here. I thought I was out the door but how can I leave these people they are so good to me and understanding that life happens! I really didn’t even need the washer and dryer yet but I don’t want to wait until my current one breaks and leaves me in a hard spot! I will never regret spending a little extra money on good customer service💜

Absolutely spectacular people!!!! Always friendly when I go in or even call to say I'll be late. Ive been a customer for quite some time and they have helped me build my credit to something I'm proud of! They don't push things you don't need on you. Their delivery team is also top notch, always respectful, even moving me lord knows how many times.😂 Ben is great and always works with me no matter the situation I get myself into, they've always treated me with the up most respect and decency. Oh yea and their prices are great!

Susie, saul, gabby, and Shaun were all professional...we had to wait 3 months and grandma started getting impatient...they handled it perfectly...she got her chair ...and in great condition she loves it. Thank you aarons team you are amazing!!

The store in general is just Amazingly Awesome!!! The whole team there makes sure your well taken care of and does absolutely the best to strive for your needs/wants. I would recommend this store to anybody. They will treat you nicely, with respect and give you the special treatment you deserve. Even tho I did see some negative reviews about this store I could be the first to say first handed that this is no where near true. These guys are Awesome especially the delivery guys Chris, Jake, and Deon!!!

I have never experienced such great customer service until today! April helped me pick out a bedroom and living room set with no problem. Starting over with nothing is hard but she made my shopping experience easy and fast. She kept me within my budget and a great payment plan. I just ordered 2 bunk beds last week working with Ben. Gabby set up delivery for Saturday, the same day as I signed the contracts. Chris and Mike delivered them promptly Saturday afternoon. Excellent teamwork and very accommodating to me. Great service.

They are awesome Aaron's is and I would recommend them and in case somebody can't afford the one-time payment to go somewhere but Aaron's is an awesome place for rent to own and when you get done making all your payments it's nice to have I enjoy them very much.

Jake and Chris did the best job with delivery and assembly polite, patient, curtious and most of all respectful! While in the store everyone was so kind and helpful as well! these people will do whatever to make sure you get what you want at the price that best fits your budget Suzy was the best sales rep i’ve ever bumped into so thanks for everything my Aarons family!!

The customer service here is amazing. I had a wonderful time checking out furniture for my house. I loved how they answered all my questions and were very much helping pick out pieces. Specially the employee April she was fantastic. She helped me a lot. I would highly recommend this place.
