I cannot recommend this business enough! We called Sunday afternoon to get a second opinion after we were told we needed a new unit for the pretty penny of $7k. They showed up at 8 am on Monday and had us fully serviced and repaired by 10 am. The unit is working better than it ever has and the repair costs were very affordable. The guys were very polite and professional and even took the time to explain what they were doing, why they were doing it, and how it would fix our problem. Thank you so much to Cains for getting us up and running and much cooler. Give them a call for your heating and air needs. You won’t be disappointed!

Can not say enough great things about these guys! Our old AC unit bit the dust this week. Spencer, his wife, and team were so quick to get to us, get our new unit and get it installed. Also, loaned us portable units to get by until our new unit arrived. Will always call them for any issues! They are the best and so helpful! P.S. the finance option is also extremely helpful especially in a pinch!!

EXCELLENT. Friendly from the guys who came out to the lady in office.They had to order and replace major part.Very quick service.

I called these guys very late on a Tuesday and they were at my place first thing the next morning. They quickly identified the source of the problem (loose electrical connection on a pressure switch) and proceeded to simply clean and re-crimp the contacts (no new pressure switch required).

They also took out the burners and inspected and cleaned them.

Finally, they replaced the main blower motor as it had been leaking oil and was nearing the end of its life.

The entire operation took about 1.5 hours and they charged me a very very reasonable rate.

I'm very satisfied with their service and will absolutely be calling them again in the future.

Excellent job on installing new ac unit and all the duct work. My wife was very please with the crew keeping the house clean an orderly during the entire project. This is the second time Spencer has put ac unit in for us and we couldn’t be more pleased with the work.

I called them and less than an hour they were at our house and fixed both of our central air units! Reasonable price considering all he had to do.

Came the same morning we called and were very thorough on the job.

Unbelievably fast and affordable service! They had my unit up and running as soon the parts came in! I highly recommend!

We Have Been With Out Central Air Since July 13th Just Now Had A Brand New Bryant Furnace & Air Conditioner Put In Today..
