Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Fairview Heights, IL

I was surprised how nice the room was for the price, seemed to be newly remodeled. The t.v is Roku friendly and it was nice to stream instead of dealing with cable. Breakfast had a great variety scrambled eggs, sausage links, fried potatoes, biscuits/gravy, waffles, bagels, muffins, cereal, yogurt. The pool needs some attention but the kids enjoyed swimming. The new team that took it over is great. It’s been a while since I have observed this type of service and hospitality. I stayed with them for a week, and overheard staff dealing with patrons on a few different occasions. Their goal was to make clients as comfortable as they can even it was not expected. Definitely recommend and will come back again.

All staff members were very helpful and caring. Made sure we had all we needed to make our stay great.

Great breakfast options.

Staff even helped me when I Unexpectedly had my nephew overnight and I realized at 2am I didn't have his cup of milk for wakeup.

Everywhere and everything was very clean. Receptionists are very kind. Breakfast was great. Location is great, very close to the freeway. (Water in the pool was cold)

Had a good experience with this hotel everything was nice and clean. had fresh breakfast every morning staff was really nice and patient one of them help my husband with tie I recommend this hotel any day I will visit again when in town.🙂🙂

Stopped here on a long family road trip. For the price, this hotel was fantastic. The rooms were clean, and the included breakfast was exactly what you expect of a free hotel breakfast. If you're looking for a convenient place to stop for the night, this is a great option.

Our family stayed for 4 days this passed week/weekend and we enjoyed our stay the breakfast was great and the stuff was friendly and always made sure we had our needs and for the price was even better so thank you very much from our family!

Very friendly staff. Nice clean rooms. Not out dated which is great. Close to different shopping and restaurants.

The front desk lady was super nice and helpful, she actually let me check in early so I really appreciated that. The room was updated and clean and had a 55in tv in it so that was a nice touch. Smells nice throughout the hotel and they offer hot breakfast.

Very accommodating, clean, and centrally located!

We came to check in, and the travel websites had overbooked the rooms we wanted. They were quick to accommodate , and even bumped our room up to a Suite to make sure we still had what we needed.

The hotel was centrally located to St. Louis, we were going to the zoo and aquarium. Very clean rooms. Didn't get pictures because we had our two nieces with us and they were very excited to tear into the room.

We will definitely stay here again, and would recommend anyone to stay here!

The room is extremely clean and modern. The big screen 55" t.v. is a plus!!! The pool is really clean but cold!! The hot breakfast biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, waffles, oatmeal, yogurt, cereal(apple jacks, raisin bran,frosted flakes), muffins( blueberry, banana nut, or chocolate chocolate chip) and coffee, many different teas,& hot chocolate are served 24/7 . I stayed here for over a month and the staff treat you like family. I can't say enough about my stay here im going to miss this place thats for sure!!! I will stay here again

The staff were extremely helpful and nice. They made sure we had everything we needed while we were there. They had a good continental breakfast. They let us use the front lobby with the hotels Christmas tree for our Christmas family gathering and for the kids presents. They went above and beyond to make our stay with them very pleasant. The rooms were clean and so was the indoor pool. We had a great Christmas there.

From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a smile and such a warm atmosphere. I literally said how beautiful their foyer and breakfast area is. It was like walking into someone’s home and we felt very welcomed. The rooms are so nice with a great bathroom, a couch, a desk and a big comfy bed. I even noticed the smell was very fresh. We were staying for a funeral, and a sympathy card was slid under our door that evening. We have been blown away by such a warm, lovely staff. Way to go above and beyond! Breakfast was great, and they truly cared that we enjoyed ourselves. THANK YOU! We will be staying here again!

Rooms were nice, check in was simple and easy, check out was also easy done over text.

The price was excellent. Close to shopping and eating places. There are over 20+ restaurants within 10 min drive. General Manager Vicky along with front desk personnel were extremely helpful and friendly. Very neat room with plenty of space and brand new furniture. Pool was closed due to COVID restrictions. This was our second time we stayed in Country Inn & Suites.

Overall outstanding experience and we will return.

Checked in earlier today; the two clerks at the desk, Makalia and Vickie, despite being tired and have obviously been under the strain of having the public verbally assault them as many others in the hospitality field have, both had fabulous, uplifted attitudes. They joked amongst each other and kidded with my husband and I, like we were all good friends. The room was clean, no sign of bugs. But the 5-stars are all because of the two young ladies whom we checked in with around 3pm. They even asked if I needed detergent, when I asked where the laundry room was. How awesome is that?
There are only packaged danish and granola bars for breakfast, nor is the pool open, but it's NOT the fault of the hotel, but restrictions placed by the governor, Pritzker. Don't blame the hotel; blame the governor, just as many local restaurants are closed, except for drive-thru.
At check-out, Tamara kept the smile and great attitude the previous afternoon clerks had, offering suggestions of restaurants open and making the young kids with customers checking out, laugh.
It's been a very rough trip. You ladies went a long way making this trip better for us.

Our stay here was pretty fantastic! Our room and bathroom were a little on the small side, but they served their purpose. Very clean property! Vickie, the Manager is very friendly and made my girls and I feel very welcome from the moment we walked in the door! Anything we needed she was there with a smile! Thank you Vickie for your patience and kindness!! I 100% reccomend!!

Stayed here for a week and had an excellent experience. Comfortable room, plenty of space, and a cold air conditioner (super important in the summer). Staff was very friendly no matter who was at the front desk. Good selection for breakfast, too. The hotel was clean and housekeeping was thorough from what I could tell. I would stay here again and reccomend to a friend.

Great place to stay, good breakfast of powdered eggs and sausage gravy. We usually stay at Sleep Inn Ofallon for half the price. Country inn was definitely a step up

I stayed here for about 3 months do to work and I do not regret it at all. The general manager Vicky, is by far the nicest person I have ever came across. She did everything and anything to make our stays as comfortable as possible. I would definitely stay here again. This hotel would not be running if it wasn’t for her.
