Excellent staff. Kind. Courteous. Professional. They go above and beyond to remind you of an upcoming appointment (which I like). Dr. Alonso is absolutely the best care provider. You are heard. He works with you to make sure you have the best care for your health. I highly recommend.

I love my Doctor he always talks to me not at me. Explains everything about any medication he prescribes & why it's necessary. I have never felt rushed during a visit, I highly recommend their service.

Receptionists are friendly efficient. The nurse is is friendly and makes me feel like I am her only patient. Dr. Johnson is an extraordinary nephrologist and always explains my concerns with patience. He allows me to be a part of the the team in the process of my progress and healing.

My visit was one I didn’t want to have but life has brought me to this point - I brought my daughter with me to the education appoint to learn about dialysis. The nurse, Amanda, was awesome. She took the time to listen and share her information to ease our minds. This journey is about to happen and I am thankful to have Dr Houser and his team on my side.

This is a great place! The office staff was so friendly and helpful. The nurse I had was caring, kind, and efficient. And Dr. Shrishshrimal is an excellent doctor. He explains things so well, and is very kind and caring. This is a super place to go for renal care.

I had an outstanding experience at my appointment with Dr. Hauser's office. The staff was welcoming, and the doctor was thorough, compassionate, and highly knowledgeable. I felt genuinely cared for and left with all my questions answered. Highly recommend!

This place truly puts patient care first. From the check-in process to the nurse, Dr & checkout procedure the staff is knowledgeable, friendly & professional. I have 7 different Dr’s & sometimes I feel this Dr is the only one that truly listens to me. All questions answered & treatment explained well.

I always look forward to seeing Dr Houser. I have complete confidence in his knowledge. He is always compassionate and takes as much time as i need during my visits. Such a wonderful asset to the practice, i recommend him to anyone needing Renal care. I consider him a friend i can talk to anytime and he listens. Wonderful doctor, man and friend. I thank God i have him in my life caring for me, someone i trust completely.

Front desk staff and nurse were prompt and really courteous on arrival and departure. Dr Sader was great explaining test results and listening to my comments. Overall first visit was excellent.

I love Renal Care in Peoria. Dr Johnson is not only a great doctor, he is encouraging and sweet. He smiles and makes me feel like he genuinely cares. The nurses are very kind also. The office staff are friendly and helpful.

Dr Jacobs is the best! She explained our test results with us very thoroughly .
She showed us the graphs on our progress.The entire staff are friendly and efficient. Our wait time was very minimal and Dr Jacobs always enters the room in a friendly & welcoming manner.

Just started with a new doctor. Sad my last one retired but soooo happy he is enjoying retirement. My new doctor listened, reassured me and just happy to have transferred to him. The nurses are always kind and take their time. They show you concern and caring. Love ❤

I’m rating my visit with Renal Care Associates in Peoria a 5 star experience. My daughter accompanied me to this appointment. We were treated with professional courtesy from check in to check out. I was treated by Dr. Johnson whom I consider to be the most knowledgeable doctor that I have ever visited.

Nurses and Dr Sparrow were excellent care givers. Best office I've ever been to!! Desk personnel were very friendly and efficient also.!! Renal Care really shines!!!

Dr Horinek is great. Thorough and thoughtful. Not a cookie cutter doctor. He gives me the information I need for decisions and for avoiding problems in the future. I feel fortunate to have him and his team looking out for me.

Dr. Jacob has a very charming manner. She discussed my meds, and increased my water pill by 40mg per day. She also wanted me to be sure I was taking 5000 units of vitamin D supplement daily. She discussed the results of my blood tests, showing me where I had improved, and suggested ways to improve the results less than normal. She imparts in me a warm cared for feeling, and I always leave her appointments encouraged and feeling better.

The staff greeted us with a genuine smile and kindness. That is so important. The wait time was minimal. The nurse was knowledgable and kind . The doctor was great he took the time to explain everything to us and make sure we didnt have any questions. Over all is was a great visit. The place is kind of cold and drab., though. Nothing on the walls or whatever . Thanks

Dr James is very nice & friendly. He goes over blood work results & explains what they mean in terms that I understand. He answers any questions I have. He's great! Glad I was referred to him!

I cannot thank Dr Jacobs enough for her expertise and treatment of my problem. I know others doctors dismissed my problem as something that will go away on its own. It would not have. Her kindness and support got me through the treatment into a full remission. I would highly recommend her!
