Wildfires Restaurant

They feature delicious burgers, pork chops and their amazing horseshoes! But we decided to go on a special day. Sunday: All you can eat fried chicken and fixins' served family style.

This Sunday tradition is done by many restaurants in many cities around the country. But at Wildfires you are greeted like old friends and seated quickly to enjoy this very American feast. Their fried chicken was hot, crispy, crunchy, and very well seasoned. One of my favorite parts of the fried chicken is the lightly battered skins and doused with hot sauce. That is definitely the best way to enjoy them. The chicken is always served piping hot and fresh, as we can hear the staff waiting on fresh batches to serve the eager and hungry customers. Their fixins' come out non-stop with as much corn, green beans, mashed potatoes and gravy, and dinner rolls as you can eat.

we seldom have room for dessert. But seeing others enjoy it and light teasing from our waitress, we ordered the strawberry creme and the ding dong cake. Both cakes are made in house and it shows. The strawberry cake is fluffy, airy and topped with the the strawberry creme; is to die for. The chocolate ding dong cake is equally as good, the cake is layered with a sweet marshmallow creme and pairs with the fluffy cake really well. Wash it down with their great sweet tea, Its a definitely a place worth coming back again and again.

Traveling thru and randomly stopped by as it seemed it was the only restaurant open on a Monday in this town. By the time we left we had made friends with the tables around us and the waitress. Food was good, even the was salad was delicious. A good salad with spinach can be hard to come by in rural towns but they had what I desired.

Great great food. The Friday night fish is amazing. The tartar sauce is by far the best I've ever had. Had the double cheeseburger lunch special last time I was there. Very good. Service is always excellent. Locally owned. Support local business

Some of the best wings I've had! Stopped in for lunch with a friend and decided to try the wings. We were not disappointed. In fact, it was so good, we went back for takeout that same night for dinner. PSA, they ain't playing with their house made hot sauce. When they say its hot, they mean it. The owners are incredibly friendly and attentive also. Service and food both incredible!

My son and I tried Wildfires for the first time today. The waitress was extremely friendly, the food was prepared quickly and tonour specifications, our order (taste wise) was perfect, the setting was clean, and the atomosphere was relaxing. We will be returning. This is establishment is highly recommended.

This place is absolutely wonderful. I have yet to find anything I don't like. From their all you can eat fish Friday to their all you can eat fried chicken Sunday, with all the fixin's served homestyle. The fried chicken is the best I've ever eaten. The owner is awesome (always greets us with a smile) and her staff is great! If you haven't tried Wildfires you are missing out!!!

Went for breakfast and ate a lot! Food was really good, cooked perfectly. Service was excellent. Met and briefly spoke to owner about the business closing. Unfortunate for customers but they had good personal reasons for closing. Wish them the best in their future ventures!

We're from out of town and were kayaking the lower cache and visited heron pond. We wanted a nice lunch somewhere after to fill up for more adventuring. Great local place. Super friendly folks. Clean, and a good variety of comfort food. I had the quesadillas and blt, and my boyfriend had the burger. Sooo tasty, and hit the spot especially with the frozen lemonade. We will definitely be back when we're in the area.

Passing thru Vienna IL and stopped at this little gem. We had an amazing experience at Wildfires restaurant. Everything is made fresh in house. I got a cheeseburger with a salad. My love got the chicken Philly with French fries. My daughter got a grill cheese and we got an appetizer of chips and queso. Everything was absolutely delicious!! Southern home cooking, beautiful people, and great service. 5 stars all day!! 🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠

This place is excellent! Great service and great food! I definitely recommend the bbq horse shoe and the wildfire fries! We actually came here back to back days because the food was so good. They have very good strawberry cake and ding dong cake as well! If your looking for something good and local give this place a try!!

It's not a pizza place! That's a holdover from the owner's old restaurant. Wildfires is a steakhouse. They have burgers, chicken, steak, pork, fish, BBQ, and even breakfast. Locally, they're probably best known for their $2 BBQ lunch special on Thursdays, and their all you can eat fried chicken on Sundays. Both are delicious. Personally, I think their quesadillas are the best around. They also have great dessert...especially the cake.

The food at this place is absolutely amazing. All fresh homemade and delicious. People are all very friendly and nice. The prices are fantastic. We just moved to the area and are happy to a found a fantastic restaurant

Soooo good!! Very disappointed that we live in Atlanta so we can’t come back. Great staff, great food. Recommend the catfish and fried cauliflower. Worth the short trip off the interstate!

After a bike ride through the Vienna trail up to tunnel hill.
Had an amazing breakfast, the staff were ever so friendly, we left not able to eat another bite, STUFFED. very good.
The sign really isn't that easy to read, and they are back off the road just s little. A different graphic on the sign would make it much easier for people to know that it's a great restaurant. Easy to misunderstand the sign. But well worth the stop yo check it out and have their food.

This place is great. Good service from the waitress staff food was awesome. Highly recommend the horseshoes and price just about perfect great place to stop and eat after exploring some of the wilderness with my family.

Such a good place to eat. The food is so good. Love e that chicken and all the sides. Staff are all so nice. Give it a try. You will be happy you did.

Very fast service. Small restaurant but efficient. They were out of French fries so kids got fruit. It was all fresh strawberries, blueberries and oranges. We all got burgers that were good.
