Truly a pleasure to work with Allen Roofing. Ray came out and took pictures and gave me an estimate. Very prompt, responsive and answered all my questions including bringing me samples of different shingle colors until I made up my mind. Bill contacted me to schedule the installation. He was also very prompt and responsive and kept me up to date with everything. The actual installers came and 5:45 am and was done by 1 pm. New roof looks amazing. They cleaned up everything before they left. Would totally recommend these guys.

I had a pleasant experience with Allen Roofing. I had noticed a small leak in my bedroom and wanted a roofing company to come and take a look at my roof. Ray came out within 2 days and was very responsive and straightforward to communicate with. Would definitely use Allen Roofing and Ray again.

Haven't heard anything else from!

I called a week ago to get my skylight/roof looked at. They respond with an email saying they put me in a que. That was on 8/2. It took till 8/8 for the estimator/adjuster to call and set up an appointment for 5pm on the 9th. Well the 9th came as well did 5pm and nothing. No call, no text, no email, nothing. Poor customer service for potentially a 9-12 thousand job.

Slow to do the work, and not interested in fixing fascia when it blows off. Never had an issue before they replaced all of my siding and roof. Second time I have had a strip of fascia come loose in the last month. Will have to seek help else where.
