Amazing service! I have used Jennings for servicing my vehicles for years and have always received great service. However, I never bought a vehicle from them until Saturday. I was very impressed by Holly Abbasi who is extremely nice. She started working with me over the phone before I arrived. When I met Holly in person she was as personable and professional as on the phone. Mark Jarosz in their Finance department was just as nice, personable, and professional. They both were very knowledgeable and I was in my new vehicle in less than 3 hours! I am very appreciative of all of their hard work and would highly recommend them to everyone I know.

Our sales specialist Jonathan was very knowledgeable re the Kia that we were purchasing despite the fact that their brand is Volkswagen. He displayed a very professional and confident manner and was very thorough. The sales manager Ziggy was extremely helpful in helping us meet our needs and Tom in the business office organized and put together all contracts needing signatures in a professional and timely manner. We were very impressed by friendly atmosphere of everyone that we dealt with. We will definitely be sharing our experience and will be returning for our next vehicle.

I went over back to Jennings Chevy after a few years of being with other brand vehicles. I was looking specifically for a Chevy Silverado High Country as to have the chance to be able to drive one of these. So, I visited on President's Day to just look around and see and it was at instant that when I saw the truck I wanted of the High Country with the color, trim, gadgets, and other items was on there; it was a done deal! I was very fortunate to work with Chris Hallenberg and Collin Barry to finding this truck and they were both great to me. I am happy to be back at the Jennings Family and look forward to the future with my new Silverado High Country!

The facilities for waiting were outstanding. I was very comfortable and able to work my laptop. The service took a little longer than I expected but I did receive a call from the service provider with an apology. I enjoyed my experience at Jennings on Tuesday.

The staff here is straight forward and personable. There are no hidden or unexpected fees and they truly listen to what you’re looking for. I can't say enough great things about my Service Advisor at Jennings, Dave Grandquist, and all of the Technicians that perform the mechanical work, as well as all of the support staff! Dave Grandquist is always so helpful. No matter what the circumstances or situation, Dave and his mechanics find a way to get it done. My most recent service need was to repair the lights and turn signals. Unfortunately, there was a death in my family and I thought that my Chevy Impala would be in the funeral procession. The vehicle had several lights out and the turn signals were not working properly. This would not have looked good at all in a funeral procession. I immediately called Dave and asked him if I were to bring my Chevy Impala in the following day at about 10 am, could he have his technicians repair the lights and signals. Dave said that, of course he could. So I brought the vehicle in the next day at 10 am, and we were on our way at 10:30 am with everything working properly. Dave and his techs are just the best! I thank the good Lord that I have Dave, his techs and Jennings Chevrolet to take care of my vehicle.

I bought a vehicle from Chris Hallenberg 20 plus years ago and reached out to him again just recently for a new vehicle and he came through and provided the kind of service that is hard to find these days. Everyone from Alain Bondi to Chris Mader to Chris Hallenberg, made this Lease experience easy, quick and comfortable for me. I came in there with specific questions and they answered all of them for me quickly and honestly. In the end, I ended up getting a very nice lease on a very nice Equinox and am very happy with my experience. Kudos to the team at Jennings. I came back because of the easy experience I had buying my new car in 2022. The customer service rep, Jerry Perberg, was very responsive to my call about replacing my totalled car and the followup by Alain Bondi set an appointment that was most convenient for me. My salesperson, Holly went beyond just selling me the right car - she helped me tranfer my Chevrolet Rewards account, set up my android auto and provided info to transfer my Sirius account. She even arranged someone to deliver my car to my house that morning since I had driven to the dealer. Even Mark, the finance rep, arranged all the financing and warranty transfer so fast. The best experience again buying from Jennings! Thank you!

Such a great and memorable experience with Jennings Chevrolet!
