Have been going there for years and never had a reason to complain. They're always great, cheap and helpful! My husband, brother and myself are faithful customers and have no reason to go anywhere else. Thank you jc jewelers!

Absolutely impressed with their customer service. And their ability to stand behind their product. I was looking for an engagement ring and went to a bunch of other places. Where are they gave me the runaround. And I went to a high-end jewelry store and they act like they didn’t wanna help me at all. But this place right here walked me through everything and I found the perfect engagement ring. I will continue to do business with them in the future and anybody who asked me do I know a good jeweler or jewelry store this place is the first name coming out of my mouth.

I want to leave a review but also to express my gratitude to Debb and Ryan of J.C.'s Jewelry & Repair. I lost my father in December '20. He received an incredible honor at his funeral: a Military Final Solute. The volunteers who fired the rounds gave his children and widow the spent brass rounds. I took them to J.C.'s to see if they could fashion them into a cross as a way for me to memorialize my father. They did a great job and honestly, after seeing the final product (pictured), I am at a loss for words. I am grateful they took such great care of this order. It was worth the wait. They took care to ensure also that the cross can be easily removed for cleaning. I would recommend them to anyone for new jewelry purchase, jewelry repair, and custom jewelry jobs such as mine. I recently found my grandfather's watch that had been sitting in a box for 40+ years that I wanted to pass down to my son. I took it to them to have the battery replaced and when they popped the back off, one of the brackets holding the watch to the band snapped off. They told me that due to the age of the material, they weren't going to be able to fix it. I was devastated and after explaining the importance of the watch, they assured me they'd do everything they could to make it right. Fast forward 2 weeks and the watch is completely fixed; can't even tell it was broken! I would highly recommend J.C.'s and will absolutely go back!

I took in multiple pieces for various issues (watch band sizing, battery replacement, scratches buffed out, needed screwbacks for diamond studs). Price was extremely reasonable and the staff was very attentive and friendly. Fast & competent service. They also have some very lovely pieces of jewelry for sale. My experience was great and I would definitely go back. The work they did on my jewelry looks fantastic. I highly recommend them!

Fixed a chain of mine same day I brought it in and everyone was extremely helpful and nice. They even helped me identify stones in a family heirloom ring. Really quick and efficient!

Update- went back over a year later and they did an amazing job fixing up a sentimental watch and getting it looking brand new. Will be back

Dropped off multiple pieces for repair and picked up the following day. Couldn't be happier with service. Very informed staff, fair pricing, and great atmosphere. Added a bracelet to my wishlist and will no doubt return to do business with in the future.

I had my bridal set rhodium dipped and cleaned here (cleaning is always complimentary), and my rings looked brand new afterwards! Thank you to the super sweet sales associate, Jeanine, and the talented jeweler, Sarah. You all were so nice to work with!

My girlfriend and I stopped in to get our ring sizes and have a look around and we had a lovely experience. The young man who assisted us was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. Wish I would have caught his name because he truly left a great impression. They have a beautiful selection of jewelry and a welcoming atmosphere.

Went there for the first time because the battery in my watch gave out. They were very friendly, professional and prompt. And the services were extremely reasonable. I will use them in the future.

Such an amazing place to go if you need anything fixed asap. I had my bolo bracelet transformed into a clasp bracelet. They are very affordable and fast. They even resized my bracelet when it was a bit big and had it done by the next day. Now I can finally wear my bracelet daily without the worry of it falling off. The quality of the work is superb and the customer service is unbeatable. Highly recommend !

I went in there for the first time today for a battery replacement in one of my Seiko watches. Great atmosphere, friendly, professional, and expedient customer service! They are now my go to watch battery replacement professionals!

Went in for a repair of my sterling silver necklace, it was very reasonably priced at 25 dollars, with cleaning at no extra charge. They have a friendly staff, quick service, and do excellent work! I highly recommend them.

Kay's quoted me $500 and said it would take 2-4 week to repiar my antique ring. Another jeweler said it couldnt be done. JC's did it for $300 in under a weak. Can't tell where they did the work still looks like a new ring a year later. Needless to say- I've been a customer there since then.

I got my wedding ring sized at J.C.'s. Absolutely everyone was so nice and professional. Would recommend everyone to take their Jewelry repairs here. Thanks you all!
