Cynthia Edwards is amazing. She was so personable, so welcoming, so kind and made my first engagement ring shopping trip so special! I am a 19 year old who was worried about shopping, as I have been in a 5 year relationship all of high school, and didn’t want to be judged. I came in with my mom and boyfriend’s mom, and Cynthia made me feel very comfortable and special! I showed her some pictures and she immediately pulled out my style. I found two amazing rings that I am now deciding between, and my first trip to look at engagement rings is going to be forever memorable. If you want any kind of custom ring, Jared in Fairview Heights is the place to go! David helped us with customizing my rings. We used the stones from a separate ring & created two new rings in the kind of style I was looking for! Everything was made to my preference. It was a great experience!

We went in looking for a wedding ring. Cynthia was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We didn't find what we were looking for, but she still offered to clean and shine my engagement ring. It looked like new when she was finished. We recommend her without hesitation.

When I arrived (4/20/24) with my girlfriend and her broken bracelet at Jared's, I was already expecting the worse, but what actually happened was I got the very best. I was assisted by Jared's superstar Natasha,
she was very polite, very friendly, very professional, and very attentive to my needs, and concerns. She can teach a Master Class
on customer service. She was so helpful, and so informative, that she even told me about a special and not only did she get my girl's bracelet replaced (on the spot) but she ended up selling me a diamond (with free mounting) that I happily purchased. She even had the care to ask my girlfriend to have a seat while she walked me over to another location and talked to me, by doing that my girlfriend has no clue that she will be getting a very gorgeous diamond pendant necklace shortly.
Natasha covered it all in one visit. I am more satisfied than when I actually made the original purchase of the bracelet, this is very rare....so is Natasha!

I returned on 5/12/24 and Natasha was there, she greeted me with a smile, a handshake and a welcome back friend. I was there to pick up the diamond pendant. She again was so special with her above board customer service. She got me all settled with my diamond pendant, it is just spectacular! She asked me if I was thinking about a necklace, I said I was and that I was shopping around and she said "my friend we have 30%
off, so let's just look at some here." I really didn't come in to buy, but yes, it was a great deal and she helped me pick out exactly what the diamond pendant needed. A very nice necklace to complement the diamond pendant, not to take away or to show it up.
I told Natasha, the next time I come in to get the diamond inspected to just say hi and nothing else... we both laughed as she's such a personable and awesome sales person. I am very pleased with Jared and with Natasha!

Natasha was very helpful with us even with our very low budget. She showed us many different options etc. unfortunately there wasn't a ring I was interested in so we didn't end up purchasing, but we really appreciate her help and kindness!

I loved my experience with Natasha! She was knowledgeable about available selections. Innovative in her thinking when giving me recommendations on what to do with my broken jewelry that wasn't repairable. And she did this all with a smile. She is definitely passionate about what she does, she literally lights up with joy when she speaks. Thank you for such an awesome experience.

The Jared customer specialist Cynthia Edwards was a pleasure to work with. She was patient and took her time with my husband and I to make the best decision to suit our budget. We truly appreciate her not pressuring us to hurry the process along. We would love to work with her in the future as she treated us with respect and with a smile. The earrings are stunning and the pictures doesn’t do them justice!!

I took my ring in today to be sized and was helped by Natasha. She was wonderful! She was so friendly and helpful! She took the time to add my ring to their Jewelry Box program, which hadn't been done previously, and took some great photos of my ring, including the serial number on the diamond. I feel like my investment is now being protected. Thank you, Natasha! I enjoyed our conversation.

Can’t even begin to express my thanks to the Jared team here. First off, my situation was that I had received a bonus and only had that day to get the ring before we left for vacation. Boss called my girlfriend so that was covered, but the team at Jared worked SO fast to get me what I needed. The nice lady (Cindy or Cynthia I think) and Bill were a huge help in getting everything set up and the lab team did an AMAZING job resizing it in just an hour so I could get back home before my woman caught on to what I was doing. Thank you guys so much for helping me get what I needed on such short notice. The proposal was perfect and I couldn’t be more thankful!!

I recently had to do an exchange and went in with my husband and young sons. Natasha Lacey helped me tremendously! Her customer service and patience were impeccable (and much appreciated as I made my decision). We got the refund for a necklace and swapped it for a pair of beautiful diamond earrings. My kids even enjoyed looking at jewelry in the time we were there. I highly recommend working with her!

Ms. Cynthia is the best! Helped me find an age appropriate and affordable diamond necklace for my 14yo daughter. A weird tall older gentleman followed me around, very weird but other than that. I plan on coming back to grab some adorable earrings I saw for myself and I’m not a jewelry wearer but they have a nice selection at great prices!!
