Days Inn by Wyndham Pontoon Beach

It's clean and there's no bugs. It could use some updating, but it's a nice place. Gary and Justin are amazing. I've been all over this country and had some amazing customer service, but these guys are over the top! Thank you so much for everything. I really had a great time.

So we were at a hotel infested with roaches which we only found out late (2:00am) and I’m allergic to roaches. All other hotels had no space or of course couldn't do a last minute middle of the night check in but John had our back. Everything was cleaned beautifully, beds were cozy, and it felt like home. Very grateful for this place and the people who work here, they truly saved us that night!

Staff was so nice and helpful! Rooms were very clean, bed was comfy! Comes with fridge and microwave. Bathrooms were clean. Breakfast is not available due to covid cases increasing again at this time, but they offered coffee and juice still! Pool was awesome! Very satisfied with our stay.

My daughter and I stayed in this hotel for a week and the staff was so friendly, accommodating, engaging and just all around wonderful! The place was clean and worth the money. Can’t wait for the pools and breakfast to be opened back up! I will definitely stay again! Maryann, Tiffany, and John all went out of their ways for us and made us feel at home!

I had an amazing stay at Days Inn and Suites thanks to Amber, the front desk attendant. From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel right at home. Her local recommendations for restaurants and attractions were spot on and greatly enhanced my trip. Whenever I needed assistance, Amber was there with a solution and a friendly attitude. She truly went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Thanks, Amber, for your outstanding hospitality! You made my visit memorable.

This hotel has older amenities but is very clean. The staff are always cleaning 🧹. For the price I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Always a great stay and the pool 🏊‍♂ is relaxing. The hot tub isn’t working but I don’t care about that. I really only care about the great staff service and cleanliness. Can’t be beat.

Nice hotel friendly staff rooms were clean , Awesome pool and hot tub room with a outside patio area for smokers or if you just need fresh air. Breakfast is light for health eaters but gets the job done when you are hungry. Housekeeping staff was great will help you with anything you need. Front desk employees are very friendly and make you feel at home . And the prices are decent .

Very easy going clerk to talk to and book your room super fast and easy without any fuss or hassle they actually get it when you been traveling and driving the whole day long you just want to get a room and rest and not have to answer the typical routine just to make small talk questions where you from been driving the whole day? Where to etc etc. They just made everytso fast and easy that i was happy to see them the bext day lol

Have stayed here for years. Room was very clean. Location perfect for our needs. Staff friendly; accommodating. Sad that breakfast had been eliminated!!

We were here on a Monday night it was nice and quite. Beds were comfortable, wish I would have bought my own pillow though with my neck issue. Check in was great I had signed up online and in my email confirmation it stated a smoking room. The front desk person swapped it to a nonsmoking room in a couple of key strokes without batting an eyelash.

I don’t expect much when I book a place just to lay my head, but I got this one wrong. Sure it’s dated. But it’s clean and the staff is friendly. I would definitely stay again if the need arose.

Great place to stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice with a refrigerator, microwave, huge dresser, nice bathroom. Very clean smokefree facilty. Hot tub was hot and the kids enjoyed the swimming pool. Theres a picnic area beside the motel and a few great places to eat with in walking distance. Continental breakfast was just that limited but the coffee was fresh. All around great place to stay. I will be returning.

I normally don't do reviews. But I have to say that everything at this motel was excellent room was clean staff friendly. Stayed in the presidential suite with a jetted heart shaped tub.

The room we were in was clean. The front desk staff was nice. She was joking with us, but got all the details we needed taken care of while we made her laugh.

presidential suite has a heart shaped jacuzzi tub. and a spacious kitchen and living room area as well as a king size bed. and full size fridge.. @700+sqft the price is great for such accommodations however if your looking for something ritzy.. this is not for you.. only because of the dated furnishings and the old school hotel feel.. but with the rooms being smoking friendly.. and the jacuzzi amd indoor pool being open till 11pm.. this makes an awesome bang for you buck that accomidates a night owls needs.. did i mention a free breakfast?.. yep.. thats included too.. this is my new goto room in the area.. i am indeed a persecuted smoker. and its almost impossible to find a smoking room in Illinois.. let alone with a jacuzzi tub.. 💯❤ THANKS Days Inn for keeping it real...

This is pretty decent inn and suites. No elevator but has pools and jacuzzi. Surrounded by eating places and gas stations. There is also a Amazon hub building right across the highway from it.

Just stayed here for a week and these people are truely amazing from the front desk people to the housekeepers this place over all is just great to stay. I have 2 children that are very loud kids and not once did the staff complain.the houskeeper were amazing especially tiffany she did everything possible to make us feel comfortable and we did truely appreciate it i will stay here again in the future
