If I could I would give Megan and her staff a 5++. Megan is the most caring and compassionate person I have ever met. She senses exactly what you need and helped us through our dad’s Funeral/Celebration of his Life with such grace and professionalism…we felt very Blessed. In talking with us she captured our dad’s personality and giving spirit and did a beautiful job with the obituary and every detail of the service that we had envisioned. She was always available to answer any questions we had and took care of every little detail which enabled us to gather as a family and know we were in good hands. I cannot say enough good things about our experience…I highly recommend Connor Colonial Chapel and Megan.

Megan was so caring in assisting our family during the difficult moments after our wife/mom's passing. Megan started by asking about our wife/mom and then wrote up a beautiful obituary. Megan was the consummate professional providing a calming presence at the funeral. She was by our family's side letting us know what was next. My Dad mentioned this many times after the funeral how wonderful Megan was and how grateful he was for the care she showed us and Mom. Thank you, Myli Family.

Megan Ott, the Funeral Director at Connor Colonial Chapel, made this experience as seemless as possible. She was kind and patient, she fielded all of our questions with such compassion, and she metaphorically held our hands every step of the way. We had to do most of the planning from 1800 miles away until we were able to finally get everyone to Iowa from all areas of the US and she was just amazing and made everything as simple as possible.

Loss is always something that is difficult, but the process of honoring our loved ones the right way while in the fog of grieving and planning is even harder. I felt that with Megan, I had a friend by my side the entire step of the way. The gratitude I have for her kindness is immeasurable.

This is the best place in the area to handle a loved one's celebration of life. I especially recommend one of their directors, Megan Ott. She is the kindest, hardest working person I have ever met. She always puts her customers first and makes sure they have the best possible experience. Even though she's young, she has an old soul and has the wisdom to ask the right questions and really listen to what you say.

My experience at Conor Colonial was wonderful at the most hardest time in my life. Meagan helped my brother and I put to rest my mom in a way that was beautiful. She knew it was very hard for me but always made sure I was doing ok. I can never say enough good things.
