Super 8 by Wyndham Pontoon Beach IL/St. Louis MO Area

One of the best Super 8s I've been at and the cleanliness is SUBSTANTIAL 💕❤ Indoor pool and always has refreshments + the things you can get from housekeeping other hotels fail to provide. I would recommend. Beds are very comfortable and tv selection is the best

Sindhu is great and fantastic, and is very attentive And funny. She never seems annoyed if I come up to the desk! Definitely come back just because of her !

They have been very nice and have accommodated me very well, clean rooms and quiet as well

I had such a great time on my mini vacation here. I got a room with a jacuzzi tub! It was nice!

I really love the staff here. The cleaning ladies I spoke with were so nice and helpful. I love that dogs are allowed. Always coffee in the lobby. Repainted hallways. Looks like they are doing some updates. The pool is being remodeled and use to be open 24 hours. Lots of benefits in this hotel. I appreciate the happy and accommodating staff. Customer service was wonderful whenever we walked through the door everything was clean welcoming they had their barrier up and it was covid-19 safe. There was an elevator so I didn't have to walk up all the stairs. The room was clean the house was white bathroom was clean and spacious. Water was hot and the pressure was on point!! I would pick super 8 of Pontoon Beach over Best Western or La Quinta any day. And by the way Best Westerns will not allow people from this area to stay there or even rent for their family members when they come in from out of town.

The people running this motel were wonderful and so helpful. Everything was clean.
I even left my prescription glasses there by mistake and they are getting them to me. Even offered to get us the breakfast ready @ 0300 because we had to hit the road early. Great customer service......

The staff and people were very nice very welcoming very warm the room for a nice beds were very comfortable. you did have a coffee pot in your room or you could go downstairs to the common area and they had coffee there however no food but that's because of the cove in stuff but I would stay again. And the price you couldn't beat.

I would recommend to family and friends. The super 8 in pontoon beach is under new management and has been very pleasant to stay atm the staff are very attentive, the housekeeping ladies are very nice and make sure I have everything I need. They have clean rooms that are nice and comfortable. Free continental breakfast with a pool and laundry room. Vending machine and discount at Denny's for being a guest. A gas station ad fast food restaurants within walking distance. Very convenient. I would stay every time.

Reasonable rates,older establishment about to undergo a long overdue renovation, staff was friendly and kind. Made us feel welcome. Comfortable beds, clean sheets, carpet was old and is due to be replaced in july.

People think of amenities as physical things such as soda and snack machines ice buckets and extra blankets. What they do not account for are the actual people being the customer service mechanisms that bring these wishes to fruition for their guests. And seeing as that is the most important part of the entire experience, I like to use my review to highlight the outstanding customer service and top-notch etiquette extended to my fiance and I during our recent stay. The only reason this review is not 6 stars is because it is only possible to choose five.

It has been a pleasure to stay somewhere with good services and friendly staff. The hotel is ALWAYS clean as well as the rooms. It has been hard to leave because they're so affordable. Keep up the good work!

My work requires travel 12 years in hotels. This is one of the better experiences We showed up no advance warning they hustled us a couple of very nice rooms not only would I stay again I'd go out of my way to stay here. Reasonable room rates . decent breakfst. Most important quiet

We have stayed in room 100 4 times within a month and a half, the room is always very clean, everything works, the staff is great, . We will definitely be staying again in about three weeks. Thank you for you great place to stay

Very clean, quiet, and comfortable! Nice choices for continental breakfast, waffles especially good! Pet friendly and smoke free. Friendly staff☺ I would definitely go to another one and refer to friends and family!

This place was good to stay at the housekeeper amber was really nice she cleaned my room it smelled really good she made sure i had everything i needed she even helped me bring stuff to my room so keep up the good work amber it was nice meeting her i will be coming back

The ladies that work there are really friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and well maintained. We chose those location for the indoor pool and have now stayed there several times including a multi week stay

Great stay. Quiet, clean, cheap. Only thing was the bathroom fan was loud but ain’t gonna complain about that one
