Hampton Inn St. Louis/Fairview Heights

I had an unusual experience during my stay, but it was made much better thanks to the exceptional customer service provided by Leeland and Roz. Despite some issues in the room, such as mold on the roof, a bad shower head, and no shower gel in the container, Leeland and Roz went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of customer care was fulfilled. Although the room did not have a microwave due to theft issues, the staff's dedication to customer service made up for it. In the end, I would give the property a five-star review due to the outstanding staff and their commitment to customer satisfaction

Located around a good shipping area. The room was great and clean and staff was friendly. Note to all you cannot check in until after 3PM.

Rooms were ok to sleep in but the overall experience was phenomenal due to the employees at this property. They actually cared how it looked and made sure we were all taken care of. J at the front desk was caring and very personable, definitely should considered for management soon. And Ramond who each morning made sure the breakfast area was stocked and had enough food for the team. But besides them doing their job they were extremely caring and made us all feel welcome. Great job to the whole front desk crew, I would definitely treat them to a catered meal IF i was their GM!! No bs here, they were awesome!!!

My husband and I just relocated from Georgia back to Illinois his home state. What was supposed to be a 3 day stay turned into a week as our new home was not quite ready to move in to.
Michelle the manager went above and beyond make our stay
feel like home. She made sure whatever we needed was available to us.
The staff were pleasant kind and very accommodating. Their overall hospitality was beyond excellent.
We are truly grateful to have chosen this location and meeting a great group of amazing kind and wonderful people.

Clean room. Nice staff. Breakfast was the best I've had for free in a hotel in years. Great location only 15mins from St. Louis. They have an indoor pool. Practically next door to Red Lobster and Latawata restaurant is minites away. The mall is in sight across the highway. Only thing I missed was a mini fridge and microwave, but they didn't say they had one in the room so we planned ahead with a cooler. I will be happy to stay here again the next time I'm in the area. It was a pleasant experience.

This property is very hospitable. The general manager John is very accommodating and willing to switch our rooms in order to accommodate me and my friends. Chloe and Tara on lobby also did a fabulous job! They shown us that Hilton hospitality never fails! Will definitely recommend.

This hotel was very nice. The rooms were clean and quiet. The staff was helpful and courteous. Breakfast was just like every other hotel that offers the generic hot breakfast - filling and a good variety. There are several good restaurants nearby for supper or lunch. We would definitely stay here again.

No one at desk at check in and check out. Had to wait longer than acceptable each time. Work out center and pool were nice amenities. Missing a hot tub which would be nice after a long day of travel. Nice breakfast selection. Clean room, although it did have a stale smoke odor noticeable upon entry, room 314.

It was a convenient location and the staff was great! On Sunday I was there for a mini class reunion. Because it snowed the country club we we!re suppose to meet at was closed. The Hotel let us use their breakfast room that afternoon. It was great!

Here for a Conference at nearby St. Louis with a girlfriend. The room was great for sleeping with comfy beds, black out curtains & good a/c! That was all we needed really but the person(s) who were at the front desk took care of us with stuff from kitchen even when we missed the timing and free cookies. The person(s) who cared for our room made sure we had plenty of towels & wash cloths that were nice. My friend loved her free breakfasts - I opted for a healthier shake I made in room on my own. Thank you for a pleasant stay in a safe location near tons of fun things to do, shop at or eat at!

The staff at this hotel was the friendliest I have ever spoken to, both at check-in and check-out. I have also never seen hotel staff so willing to help and make guests feel welcome during the continental breakfast hours. Truly blown away. I agree with others that the rooms are a bit outdated, but they were immaculately clean. Fantastic stay!

Unfortunately this was not the best Hampton inn I’ve stayed in. It was extremely dirty the room carpet had old gum or similar stuck to it. I wiped the remote with a Clorox wipe the Clorox wipe was brown when I fished wiping just the remote. Surfaces were partially wiped cleaned. I understand lack of staff can slow things down but I think it’s unacceptable to compromise cleaning do to lack of staff there’s severe health risk that come from unclean surfaces I.e. staff infection, MRSR, ring worm, bed bugs and let’s not forget Covid. Breakfast was served in an open setting so everyone served themselves with the same serving spoon (seen a young kid cough directly in his hand and grab the serving spoon). I use there rewards program to accumulate free nights as I frequently travel but unfortunately I’m going to have to switch back over to Marriott properties until Hampton (Hilton) comes out with a better model during this time.

We absolutely loved our stay! Josie was training someone and both was so nice and the pool was nice and room was so comfortable and clean. The breakfast in the morning was good. Lots of choices! We loved our stay. When in that area.. will definitely stay there!

Nice room, coffee maker in the room was disgusting dirty, dropped something behind the bedside stand and when I moved it, OMG!, filthy rug, empty food wrappers! The front desk attendants were very helpful and informative

Our stay at the Fairview Heights Hampton was FANTASTIC! Michelle and staff were warm, inviting, courteous, and friendly. They accommodated us and our every request. The room was spotless and cleaner than any 5 star hotel we've ever stayed in, including the Embassy Suites! We travel to the area at least twice a year and this is where we'll stay from now on. Thank you for being our new home away from home in the St. Louis area.

Really convenient Hilton property tucked away at the edge of the St Clair Square mega-complex. Staff is super helpful and friendly. Good assortment of items at the breakfast buffet. The pool and the exercise room perfect for working out. Overall it's a great choice to stay at while in the area.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very welcoming. The pool was nice. Our room was clean and comfortable. The hot breakfast options were great and the food was delicious. Would highly recommend

The price was great when I used Expedia, but then I met thw night receptionist, Jay and everything became perfect. Jay definitely made this stay feel welcoming by her helpfulness at the front deak in general, but also with opening an exceptionally stubborn bottle of wine. I would stay again here specifically just for the customer care.

I needed to extend my stay by a night and the assistant manager was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and will choose this location again for our next visit.
