That said, I came across Schaffer Funeral Service as I was faced with the impending death of my mother and needed to quickly make arrangements for her care. From our initial phone call all the way through the post funeral support, I experienced the best care & service anyone could ask for during such a difficult time.

Mrs. & Mr. Schaffer were extremely thorough, transparent, patient, compassionate, and flexible. They supported me at every step of the way and helped me ensure that a service that represented my mother was executed flawlessly. Their additional staff from ushers, officiants, musicians, etc...demonstrated a level of care & professionalism that made it easy for me to not worry about anything but taking care of myself as we planned for my mothers' funeral.

I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a funeral partner that brings 150% to their service and quality and looking to send their loved one off in a meaningful way.

On Saturday December 16th, 2023, I cannot express enough how deeply touched I was by the Celebration of life service the Schaffer’s performed for for my mom’s service.

The ceremony honored my mom’s memory and capture her spirit . The support provided by the Schaffer’s staff was exceptional. They were courteous, respectful, and understanding, ensuring that all our needs were met during this difficult time.

From guiding us through the planning process, and to helping during the service. Mrs & Mr Schaffer showed my family the true meaning of compassion and professionalism.

This day will forever remain etched in my families hearts, filled with gratitude for such a meaningful way to honor and bid farewell to mom, which is gone but never forgotten!!

Schaffer Funeral Service came highly recommended by members in my mom's church and, from our very first contact with Lolita when she spoke about "taking [my mom] into [their] care", I was confident that my mom was in good hands. She always communicated with great concern and love. She and her husband even came out to our house to plan the arrangements. They took care of all the necessary details, of course, and made sure my mom looked better for the funeral than she had in months. They followed up at every step along the way, including in the days after the funeral.

I recently just funeralized my mother. My heart was broken and shattered into a little pieces and Lolita the funeral director took her time to guide me through this ordeal. She answered all my questions and kept me in contact on everything regarding my mother. When I say I never met a warm, friendly and professional person who wasn't trying to sell or pressure me into anything that was costly.
