I can't say enough good things about the entire staff and the experience I had at Brady Gill. They were the most accommodating, caring, professional, and kind people I've dealt with in a long time. From start to finish they went above and beyond to ensure my father's celebration of life service went exactly the way I wanted it to. All of the guests at my father's service kept telling me what a beautiful event it was from the room my father was in to the slideshow they had playing to the cafeteria we all ate in. Brady Gill really made my father's cremation process and celebration of life easier to deal with and I highly recommend their services.

It's taken me some time and I still don't have the right words to express the amazing, compassionate and overall kind hearted experience we had with Brady gill. Their staff went above and beyond when we lost our newborn daughter, and I can't be more thankful for the support they had given myself and our family. Brady-Gill provides nothing less than exceptional service. They took care of everything with a constant eye on the wishes of my family during a very difficult time after the passing of my father. Throughout the services they were constantly attentive and ready and willing to make every accommodation, regularly following up to make sure that all arrangements were perfect. I was very nervous that I would have surprise charges or something missed that I failed to consider. These guys made sure nothing was missed, including guidance with tipping the organist and altar boys at church and suggesting a handful of reasonable options for the after funeral luncheon. They did an amazing job preparing my Mom for the viewing as well. It couldn't have gone better for professionalism and quality service.

Everyone at Brady-Gill makes you feel like family. They were amazing to work with in such a hard time, Shelia especially! Thank you all for helping us with such devastating loss and being so accommodating.

IF I could, I would give them TEN STARS!!!!! The Brady-Gill Funeral Home People are the Best. . They are compassionate, caring, wonderful people. I was in a panic, since the last time somebody passed in my family was a long time ago. I had the weight of the world on my shoulders and did not have a clue as to what to do and what to expect. They comforted me, held my hand, explained what to expect and took the weight of the world off my shoulders. They took extra care to make sure all the wishes for my wife's burial were met. My Wife suffered from Morbid Obesity. This caused a challenge to the funeral directors and they came up with a solution for that. Everything came off without a hitch. I could not have done all they did by myself, nor did I have any idea clue as to what is needed for paper work, they give you choices as to what you need and want. God Bless Them.

Peggy, Brian and Tim are the best people to work with. They made saying farewell to my mother a peaceful and lovely experience. They went above and beyond for my family.

Kind, and supportive

Brady Gill is not the same place when Tim and Peggy worked there. My mom recently passed away and we went to make arrangements. Jayme met with us and said that it was a prepaid package and everything was pretty much done.

I asked about the luncheon. He said we don’t call -you have to. He proceeded to give me a three ring binder of restaurants and I had to start calling. We then asked about the church. He said oh we don’t do that you have to work with the church for readings and music. This was not the case in the past.

I’ve reached out to friends who have recently had a love one pass. They told me that their funeral home took care of all of it! Jayme told us that on the day of the funeral they would take some of the flowers and give to people to put in the casket at the graveside service. That never happened!

The graveside service was a nightmare. We had to wait an hour in the cemetery because of “vault issues”. We get to the grave only to see that my brothers grave has been dug up and his headstone sitting in the grass! He passed in 2014.

Not only is it traumatic enough to bury your mother but to go and see your brothers vault and his headstone in the grass.

The cemetery blames
The funeral home and the funeral home blames the cemetery. In any regard, someone needs to take responsibility and apologize for this debacle!

BEWARE: Brady Gill is NOT owned by the original families--it was sold in 2020. The current management reinforces every negative stereotype of this industry. We were hit with "facilities" and service fees they could not explain when we asked, and when a painful mixup occurred on the eve of the funeral, the owner was nasty, crude and loudly accusatory over the phone, accusing us of making the error because, quote, "you didn't want to PAY THE MONEY." I admit, I lost it. The next day, our loved one's funeral was handled by an intern who, as our family wept at the gravesite, stood ON THE GRAVE and thrust a clipboard with a bill at my sister, asking how we planned to pay. Please people, spare yourself the added pain and AVOID this operator. We used Brady-Gill for three generations. What a shame. We miss you, Tim Gill.
