I've had multiple services done at Lithia Nissan and have always had great experiences with the service specialist and customer service! I wouldn't go anywhere where else when getting my Nissan serviced and recommend it to anyone thinking of using them!

Came in for a Transmission fluid change and brake fluid. Took them a couple hours, but they were very pleasant and work was timely!

Had a great experience the staff is friendly the service was great! Dealership was very clean and has a nice waiting room to wait in. I went in for an oil change and left with a new vehicle. Jonathan is a great guy I suggest him to everyone. He’s smart, kind and well mannered. I think he goes above and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied with your new vehicle. I would definitely recommend going there to purchase a vehicle. I know I will be going back when I’m ready to trade in again.

Had a fuel pump replaced due to a faulty fuel temperature sensor. Made the appointment online, they got me in the next day. We live in Ankeny and were just going to drop it off and come back at the end of the day to pick it up. We did a couple of things in Ames before we were going back to Ankeny. They called and said it was done before we even left Ames. Saved us an extra trip. Check engine light has been out since we had it repaired. Very satisfied with everything about this repair.

Blaine was very helpful and worked diligently to get me paired with a bank and in a new vehicle. Highly recommend this dealership.

My son lives a few states away from us. We are in New York, and the dealership was very professional in their communications, and estimating to get the vehicle repaired. Top-notch service.

I took my 2014 Nissan Versa Note in to have the CVT transmission inspected to determine if repair was needed since it seemed to have developed an issue with "shifting" to its highest gear range after accelerating from lower speed (around 30mph) to around 50 mph. I also wanted to have the gear lube replaced, since it's present mileage was 90,500 and the last lube replacement was performed at approx. 45,000 miles. The service department scanned the transmission for fault codes and didn't find any, changed out the transmission oil, and upon taking it for a test drive after that was completed determined it was working as it should. My experience with this service department was very good.

Live in Des Moines, but it takes at least a month for I get a service appointment at the DSM dealership…longer if you need a weekend appointment. I was able to book a weekend appointment same week and they threw in my first oil change for free for making the trip up. Friendly, quick, easy experience. Worth the trip, will continue future service here.

Super great experience. The staff is great. They are friendly, explain everything to you, even answer any questions you have without making you seem like you are bothering them. Clean waiting area. Clean service area. Love that I can wait in the waiting area and see my car being serviced.

Comfortable lounge with good wifi. Convenient to be able to work while waiting for a 3-hour recall fix. It was done sooner than expected, no issues. In and out simply and smoothly. Will go back to this dealer for service.

Lithia always does my routine maintenance, and has also been a big help if any warranty issues arise. Nissan stands behind my warranty, and lithia stands behind my work. Great, friendly guys to deal with. Glad I bought a Nissan.

They listen and take care of all problems. Feel I have always been treated fairly. Service manager has always tried to accommodate my needs and time schedule. Great service!

My service visit went very smooth and was a great job by all involved. The only improvement of note would be to replace the waiting room chairs and sofa. These are not comfortable to use while waiting.

I contacted Nissan in Des Moines about getting a new key fob, they told me I didn't have the correct key fob for my vehicle and said they couldn't guarantee that my remote start would work. I contacted the Ames location that we purchased the vehicle from and they sent me here and we got great service and everything works.

They are great! They kept me informed about what they're doing and I could tell they were making a really good effort in fixing my tire. I will come back for sure.

Righteous dudes in the service dept. found a screw-up by Hosmer Toyota of Mason City, they forgot to plug in a censor that communicates with 2 more. I have been driving with my check engine light on for 2 months. They fixed it first look!! They saved me about 1000.00, thank you!!!

They did a good repair job at a fair price. They were honest with me about how much it was going to cost me and recommended only the necessary repairs.

They were able get me in on short notice which saved my vacation plans! They are always friendly and professional.
