Kim is exceptional. She has created such a thoughtful space and her experience allows her to find issues you weren’t really aware of. My neck feels like it has elongated out of my shoulders, my knee issue has improved a bit, and I got the highest sleep score I have had in months. That means things were relaxed and released. I appreciate and highly recommend this in touch, talented woman.

I started going to Mind 2 Body as BLUE ADVANTAGE ended my physical therapy. Monday was my 2nd visit with a focus on my lower back.
Kim is an excellent therapist with a tremendous concern for my issues. A long road trip the prior week had me in need of a deep massage. Her facility is professional and relaxing. The treatment was right on and I feel wonderful this morning.
I scheduled another appointment for a few weeks from now and will continue to visit her on a regular basis.

Kim really knows what she’s doing. She is certified in so many different areas she can pretty much fill any need you have. She’s very professional and has a genuine interest in your health and well-being. I was very impressed with the atmosphere of her facility. I went in with lower back pain and a pinched nerve in my neck. It’s definitely gonna take more than one session but I walked out of there feeling so much better. I would highly recommend her if you’re having issues or if you just need to alleviate some tight muscles from stress.

Kim was amazing doing my massage. She was professional and very sweet. She relieved a lot of my pain in my lower back going down my legs. Also I had a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders, and now they feel amazing!! Her place is so peaceful from the moment I stepped in. Oh I almost forgot she was a massage chair you can sit in while waiting. It felt like heaven! I will be going at least once every month!!

This was my first massage and i can’t wait to go back! When you walk in, you are instantly calmed by the dim lights and serene decor. The massage itself so relaxing and I did not want it to end! Kim makes you feel so comfortable and calm. You forget about any of the worries of normal life for an hour. Definitely recommend this for anyone who just needs a break from day to day stresses. It is a wonderful and relaxing escape.

Me and my wife booked a massage, facial and foot scrub. As soon as we showed up Kim was extremely nice and courteous and showed us around and made us feel at home. The M2B tranquility room was amazing. Very relaxing and set up nicely. While performing the massage Kim took her time and worked each muscle to release the tension. We will definitely be going back and we definitely recommend Mind 2 Body for anyone looking for professional spa services.

Oh my where do I start? I have had a lot of massages both fantastic and simple of equal value but this one I can say has been one of the best I think I’ve ever had! She was super sweet, very caring, very wonderful in presentation of her brand and knowledge of massage therapy. With being a new resident to the area in the coming weeks, she has gained a faithful client and will be seeing me once a week without a doubt! I was so surprised at how well my body reacted and was able to relax and I was in so much relief in the coming days after the massage and as a dancer, that NEVER EVER happens! She is absolutely amazing, from light pressure to deep tissue, she knows exactly what you need in order to get the results your looking for! And her wonderful relaxation room after the massage?! Oh my, absolutely fantastic customer service, location, and massage! Total relaxation all in one location! Fabulous!

I cant Say enough about how wonderful this place is! Kim was very sweet yet very professional. I brought My very picky teenager here to receive a massage to relax and decompress after starting a new school and she came out pure smiles. I enjoyed waiting for her in the “waiting room” which had an amazing massage chair so i could Relax and pamper myself while waiting. I already Scheduled our next appointment. This place is fantastic!

Kim is a great massage therapist! I recently had a small muscle pull around the rib cage. After a 90-minute with her where she massaged and stretched the area, I left with it hardly bothering me. She also went above and beyond after as well. A friend had dropped me off and I had planned to Uber back. For some reason, there were no Uber drivers available and she took time out of her schedule to drop me off where I was staying. A thoughtful and nice gesture. I highly recommend her!

I had a great experience!! She listened to my concerns before hand and took her time addressing each problem area of my body during the massage and even educating me on what I can do different to help myself! Honestly, probably the best massage I’ve gotten. It was so good I booked my mom one lol. Would recommend and will be returning!

Highly recommend Kim. Not only is Kim knowledgeable and caring, she is very understanding and thorough. She makes you feel comfortable and relaxed and I didn't feel like she was rushing to get through. She is completely focused and dedicated for the entire time. Will most definitely be rescheduling.
