Best coffee around. Nice atmosphere with good options for everyone. The everything bagel hit the spot.

I’ve never had a better cold brew, mocha OR macchiato. If you’re serious about coffee, Refuge Coffee is the best. Their coffee is very smooth, not bitter in the slightest! Owner is a very nice, honest, Jesus loving man. My family will gladly support them any day.

Came yesterday 15 minutes before closing had a wonderful gentleman that made my ice coffee and my friends coffee and couldn’t ask for a better experience we we’re on our break and it was the best coffee! He even made a little heart!!

I’m hooked. Best latte in the area by far. Their foaming technique is dialed in and a cut above the rest. Highly recommend.

Hip, modern vibe with artisinal roasted coffees and drinks for on-site and to-go. I purchased some beans for at-home brewing and a wicked cool hat. Nice little jewel right in the heart of Fairhope - a breath of fresh air of a town on our travels along the Floribama coast.

Really awesome coffee shop :) they don’t have a lot on menu but their coffee doesn’t need to add anything else to taste good. ❤

I come here on my break and the ginger tumeric tea is some of the best tea I have ever had. Highly recommend and it doesn't have caffiene.

Great find in the heart of Fairhope…excellent coffee - barista was great. Flavor of the coffee was amazing - if you are looking for a good cup of coffee and enjoy it in a comfortable and welcoming environment - Refuge Coffee needs to be at the top of your must visit places!!

The best pour overs in the area. A little limited on seating but worth it for the great coffee and atmosphere.

Whether you have an espresso and milky drink or a simple black coffee you simply can't go wrong at Refuge. Best coffee in the area by a long shot! I suggest a cappuccino.

I asked the barista what she normally orders for herself. At this time of year she was ordering the Valencia cappuccino. I wanted an iced version so she recommended the iced shorty Valencia. Great recommendation! The citrus-floral syrup was very refreshing. The iced shorty is definitely for all those folks that like to taste the espresso in their coffee - which I love! There are higher milk content options for those who prefer a higher coffee to milk ratio. There is some interior seating, and there was hardly anyone in there when we were there in the late afternoon. Very cute, electric, industrial vibes. If I lived here, they would probably be my everyday coffee stop.

Very good coffee. Got their signature Honey Cinnamon .... it was creamy, sweet but not overly so and loved the overall experience. Definitely recommend this place for a nicely and well done cup of coffee.

Double shot mocha. Absolutely delicious and super fast. No wait at all. Charming little stop.

Good people, good coffee, and a very chill spot and great location in downtown Fairhope. It's a small spot, but it adds to the ambience. Anything they serve has been good. The people working there always have a good attitude as well. Highly recommend!

It's the best in Fairhope and probably the best in Alabama.

I've been to hundreds of coffee shops all over the US and make it a point to visit try as many as I can everywhere I go. Refuge is one of my top 2. It's hard to decide between Refuge in Fairhope, Alabama or 309 Coffee in Georgetown, Texas.

If you want to try something better than milk flavored with a little burnt coffee and a ton of suger, Refuge is just about the best you can do. If you are a fan of sweet, try their Signature latte.

Very nice coffee shop. Locally roasted too! Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about coffee. Wi-Fi and nice AC too if you’re doing some WFH or studying.
