They also hold really great pet adoption events. We went for a few puppies we were fostering. They had dogs of all shapes, sizes and ages- and both out pups were adopted same day.

Just your friendly neighborhood pet store. We went to get some cichlids, and snails for our fresh water 65 gallon tank. Mikaela, i hope I spelled her name correctly, but they were very short staffed and she was amazing! Extremely helpful!! I am so grateful for her help. I recommend this store.

One of the associates took extra time with my grandsons to show them the different small animals. She even went to the back to get a baby Ball Python for the boys to see and touch. I was extremely impressed.

The sweet young lady who handles the animals was very helpful. Was a wonderful experience buying my first bearded dragon and its terrarium. Always had a nice experience at this location.

Had everything I needed for my beardy while going to visit my family. The only downside was we were going to get doobie a roaches as where I live you can't have them. So while we were visiting my family in a state that you could have them, they were all dead

I really enjoyed this pet store. I'm new to the whole 'furmom' thing, and to be honest, a little intimidated by all the different brands and types of options that were in the store. But we had a very nice young lady offer to help us find all that we needed, and then once we got to the register, we were told that we had grabbed a wrong lid for our food container, so he went back and got it for us. Very helpful, very knowledgeable, and I feel like they have amazing customer service skills. We will definitely be back!

Amazing girls in the salon!! They had to deal with a really ugly customer this morning who didn’t bring his rabies paperwork and tried making it out to be their fault for not accepting his dog. He got upset but they handled it absolutely amazing!! Love the girls so much!!

Hailee did a fantastic job grooming my nervous puppy! It took less than 45 minutes to finish, including doing her nails.

The young lady that handles the fish is extremely knowledgeable and eager to help. We enjoyed our experience at this store very much, mostly because of her assistance.

Love this place. The staff is very nice and helpful. Ashley helped me the entire time, collecting everything I needed for my new puppy. She was honest and saved me a lot of money. Ronna is awesome, she is the trainer. She is very helpful and is dedicated to her furry clients as well as her human ones.

The people here are so nice. They were so attentive and they kept asking if I needed help and if I was finding everything okay. They also made some wonderful suggestions for some doggy calming treats.

Greeted by every associate. All of them made an effort to help us locate something while my father and I were in for services at the clinic. Was a great experience.

Great staff. Very knowledgable.good and healthy selection of fish. Dad needed help with a cat that has a rash (not fleas). Banfield was zero help. They dgaf if your pet is not a patient but a staff member quickly stepped in and walked us to the right aisle and explained several options. Did not get his name...sorry. on over to the fish aisle everything looked good. Will helped me with my questions. Again...great staff.
