Publix Pharmacy at Magnolia Place

We have all of our prescriptions called in to this Pharmacy. The employees are friendly and helpful. Never had a problem about timeliness or customer service.

Nice pharmacy experience. The pharmacist and tech were friendly and helpful and showed me a way to save quite a bit of money on my med. A+

Still will use them, but they used to have one young lady that was very sweet..... now they just don't look like they want to be there. Not bad, just not what you would get inside the Publix grocery store, where they have done a great job hiring friendly, helpful employees.

Please repair card readers. It seems almost every time I go shopping the reader won't work. I then have to be escorted to customer service to complete my transaction. This is very embarrassing, makes me think of shopping at a different store.

Waiting in line 20+ minutes to pick up a prescription with three more people in line behind me. This is ridiculous.

Welp I feel better now. I thought it was just me the pharmacy tech ( the young lady) was rude to. I see here she just enjoys giving her customers a hard time. I can do without her cattitude.

This pharmacy has really went downhill in the last year. There is a particular woman who works during the day there that is insanely rude. All my bad encounters have been with her. There have been times I’ve called my prescriptions in to later find out she never actually began filling them, another time
she told me they were out of a prescription and later that day I went inside and spoke with a man at the pharmacy. He informed me they did have the medication and he had it filled within the hour. I mean is this woman just not doing her job or is she lazy? I had no issues with this pharmacy until I started to have to deal with her.

If I could give a zero, I would. We moved here in June, and started out using them. EVERY SINGLE time we filled a prescription, they mishandled our insurance, resulting in hours of phone calls with them, our former insurance, our current insurance. Total frustration. The level of incompetence at this location
is staggering. On top of that, several of the people working there are rude, and that is an understatement. I’ve moved my business to another pharmacy, which will also keep me from picking up any groceries at Publix.

Prepaid for multiple RX's to be picked up in drive thru. Picked them up later realized I was missing one. To begin with the gentleman was VERY rude who helped me and then when I called to explain everything was made to feel that I must have received because they couldn't locate and that I didn't pay for it. The app clearly shows where it was paid for! The girl was not friendly at all and hung up on me without saying goodbye. I understand they more than likely have a higher volume of customers due to the holiday but this is no excuse. I will pickup my RX that I never received AND paid for but will be transferring ALL my items somewhere else although it will not be as convenient but id rather drive further to be treated decently. I've worked in customer service and healthcare and couldn't imagine making someone feel the way I was made to feel. If you don't like your job then get another one where you aren't dealing with the public.

Waited an hour for a prescription at the drive through with only 3 cars in front of me. And then got to the window and they hadn’t even filled mine yet even though they sent a text that it was ready.

The pharmacy has gotten worse and worse. If you're waiting on a prescription and you really need it, they won't let you know why it can't be filled. Walgreens isn't easy to deal with but at least their app will tell you. The employees are rude so good luck going in to pick up your prescription. They'll have 6 employees behind the counter and not one of them will have any customer service skills.
