Rich's Car Wash - Daphne

My husband and I have been club members for a while now and enjoy both locations near us. Today my battery went dead while at the Highway 98 wash and the team there was so great to step in and help me. Not only did I leave with a clean car but a thankful heart for the young men who got me safely on my way to the parts store!

Great car wash, very clean looking building and grounds. Lots of towels and vacuums have great suction. The car wash does a great job and there is usually no wait to get into the car wash.

This is by far the best drive-through car wash anywhere in the I-10 corridor from Daphne to Houston. It’s a must visit!

Get the monthly, I highly recommend it. Keep you car clean and waxed for a low monthly. The monthly is the cost of one wash and you can go unlimited. Truly the best way to go. Rich's vacuums are super powerful, in the shade and they have a carmat shaker that works great. Not to mention they have cloths there for you to use to dry your car, wipe down door sills and interior, absolutely free. Just use and place in the conveniently located bins when done at every stall. They also have an air blower to blow out dust and hard to reach cracks! 5/5!

Car comes out clean every time. However, I would recommend using the pre-wash station at the entry for any bugs and cleaning the rims. At the vacuum area, they provide microfiber towels and glass cleaner. Also, they have a floor mat cleaning machine for carpet mats.

I had a 5 star experience at this car wash. When I went through on a $4 Monday, my button on my door handle was broken by the machine. Within 2 weeks Jason was able to order a new handle and set me up to get it replaced. The employees at the car wash displayed amazing customer service from the start. They helped me fill out a form about the damage and then it was not long at all before I was contacted by Jason who then took it from there in getting the replacement. I’ll continue to use their car wash because of how they handled this process. These things happen when using automatic car washes. If you use this car wash, you need not have anxiety of something hurting your car because even if it does, Rich’s will take care of you.

This is the best place to get a car wash! The guys (Zenno & Chris) are 5 star employees!! Zenno is a precious soul and was very helpful with getting my car cleaned up. Chris went out of his way to help me as well. They should be recognized as star employees. *****

Very well maintained, staffed and efficient. No issues with picking the option I wanted, plenty of stalls to detail my car. Provided plenty of cloths for drying. I bring my own spay and was able to really detail where I need. They also have compressed air for the hard to reach places. A mat cleaner for my mats.This was my first time at this chain. It was definitely well done. I don't remember the price, but it was one of the best car washing experiences I've had in recent memory. I recommend this location in the city of Daphne. No clue about other cities.

The ONLY car wash I will use from now on! I chose their top wash and polish, $27 I think. My car looks amazing! A big thank you to the ones that did the after wash polishing. Well worth the extra $7!

Best automatic car wash in Daphne hands down.

Great car wash! I have the $20 a month unlimited plan that allows me to run through the car wash anytime I feel like it needs to be cleaned up and it never costs me a dime more. The quality of the car washes is top notch, especially the new location in Daphne. The most I have to do when I roll out the other side is clean the interior (obviously) and wipe a little soap off here or there so it doesn't dry on the paint. Overall, an absolute 5 🌟 rating.

This is my car wash. I absolutely love everything about this place. They have the best experience I have ever been too at a car wash. Who ever is running this place knows business and knows what the customer wants and needs and then does it. As soon as it opened I went here and I knew that I wasn't going to go to another car wash ever again. And the Halloween spooky wash that they did was so cool and the best marketing a carwash could ever do. Keep up the Amazing work Rich's.

Love this car wash. Does an excellent job, reasonable on prices, the employees are just wonderful. Always just zip right in quickly and out quickly. Offers several wash options, vacuuming center. Location's throughout the entire county.

They've also got great customer service. They've added a bug removal prep station and have rags to wipe down the car after the wash.

The basic car wash didn't get the back of my vehicle, but the vacuum was awesome. It accidentally sucked my fabric mask up! And keys if the nozzle wasn't narrow haha! Nice staff.
