Silverhill Police Department

Problem at elementary school with my child getting pushed off ladder and the sro said my 11 year old will go to jail for defending herself. Went to police department which is not open to the public so I called number on door and asked for the chief. He came flying out the door and very abrasively asked "what do you want?" before I got my first word put he just started yelling " and, and, and" then pulled a regular cop outside and told me to deal with him because he was busy with "stuff". No open door policy, no talking calmly to people with problems and should not be the chief. He was the rudest person I have ever come across and I wasn't doing anything illegal but he treated and spoke to me as if I were an animal or one of his towns people whom I guess he thinks he can treat like garbage. He did all of this in front of my 11 year old daughter who said "guess cops don't help you huh?" all I could say was serve and protect as long as you're not in Silverhill. How are our children supposed to feel safe and protected by the people who pledge to do so but don't. I told her to never trust the police again. Neither will I. I don't care if my house is getting robbed, calling this police station would make it a joke and obviously wouldn't listen or help. So good job Chief, YOU made another child afraid of police by YOUR actions.
