Came in today with our parents to help them find a new car. Tracey helped us and we were able to find the perfect car for them at a good and fair price. Would definitely recommend this dealership, easy to look and drive whatever you like. No sales pressure! Easy financing.

Never go anywhere else for a vehicle!!! I met with Trevor Garren on Saturday, looked at a couple of vehicles, and got some pricing. It took maybe an hour. I regrettably decided to test the waters at other dealerships and spent two hours waiting to be helped or not helped at all. Going home angry and without a new vehicle, I decided to come back to Drivers Way in Pelham today and I was immediately met by Sabrina Barnett who immediately started helping me. I explained to her that Trevor was helping me yesterday and was going to pull a vehicle from the 280 lot for us to look at. Sabrina was on it! She immediately started locating the vehicle while Blake Lynn took us for a stroll on the lot. ALL OF THIS WHILE TREVOR WAS ON THE WAY INTO WORK!!! When he got to the lot he took over. When I say that this place knows how to do business it is not an exaggerated statement!!! This sales team is truly amazing and genuinely care about the customer. I’ll never buy from anywhere else!!!

Great, Honest, Well Trained Store. Every aspect of Drivers Way is great and hassle free. We have made 2 purchases in the past year from Mark Higgans at the Pelham Location. He goes above and beyond for his customers and represents Drivers Way well. We will for sure be returning for our next vehicle and will recommend to all friends and family! We had a horrible experience with the Mazda Dealership next door and so we came to this location because we found the car we were looking for online. We dealt with Bruno and his manager, and they were very quick to help us and let us test drive the car we wanted. Unfortunately, it was really late by the time we got there but they were kind enough to stay with us after their closing hours and discuss our options and allowed us to even do a overnight test drive! I don't even think the car alone was what made us make the purchase, it was the service. They were so informative, understanding, and even friendly; customer service is a lost art and you'd never expect if from a car salesman. But they made it feel more like a valued service than a salesman trying to make a check.

From both my wife and I, we sincerely want to say Thank you. I think we talked more about how we felt valued than the actual car we bought. Thank you again, so much.

We purchased a 3500 HD high country Duramax today from Driver’s Way of Pelham. Jamie Blair made this buying experience a breeze. We were not pressured to buy and Jamie answered all of our questions and was very accommodating. It was an all around great and Simple process. I wish I had been in the market for a used car this time but I had to go to a dealership for what I needed, but I bought from here before and Marshall is so great! The experience here is so nice and easy, no high pressure. I hated the experience of buying a new car from a dealership and my next vehicle down the road will be used and come from here where I trust the staff. The dealership wanted to give me HALF of what my car was valued at for trade in but this place offered me the true value of my car right off the top without even knowing what I was offered by the dealership. If you are in the market for a used car, I HIGHLY recommend this place! Great people!

Repeat customer here and there is no where else in B'ham I would go to buy a car than Driver's Way! The crew makes car buying extremely stress free. Blake was my sales man and he was very patient with me as I decided on the perfect car for me! I'm beyond grateful for the ease of the entire transaction!

After spending 30 mins at Car Max for keys to test drive a car we left and came here. My nephew was looking to buy and already test drove one he liked the day before. They had a few more cars that arrived so we wanted to check a couple of them out first. We were waiting for our sales guy to finish up with another customer and unlike Car Max another sales guy came to us asking if we needed help. Instead of making us wait for Carlton to finish, we were giving twice a set of keys. It didn't stop there. Carlton was still busy so we were helped with moving things along. They may not haggle on pricing, but they worked to find us the best financing he could get. When Carlton was finished with the other customer he came and finished up the transaction with us. We will be back, but hopefully not anytime soon.

Drivers way is the way to go.
Let me say I have had terrible issues with buying used cars in the past that have made me hesitant. I purchased a vehicle from drivers way and a check engine light came on within a few weeks of purchasing. I took the vehicle to their service center and they fixed the vehicle. Mr. Joe Gilliand does business right and I appreciate his help with my vehicle.

The thought of buying a vehicle was very overwhelming and gave me a lot of anxiety for a while, but I knew I needed to replace my dying vehicle. I finally decided to go back to Driver's Way (after test driving a vehicle 6 months prior) and had the best experience. I highly recommend going to see Blake at the Pelham location. His calm presence and patience went a long way in my experience. His no pressure approach helped ease my anxiety and indecisiveness. He let me walk the lot and look at several vehicles while also test driving as many as I needed to. I found the perfect one for me and couldn't be more excited! I'm thankful that he turned my negative attitude into positive upon leaving the dealership.

I had a fantastic experiencing purchasing my 2021 Dodge Challenger R/T Shaker from this dealership! My salesperson, Marshall, was great. Him along with Grant, “Hot Rod”, and Mel made the whole thing quick and painless! They even delivered my car to me over three hours away. 5 stars! Thanks a lot guys. I love my new car. Fantastic :-)

They are really good and upfront with everything. Joe Dupriest was the sales person. He is really good and they did everything they promised and the buying experience was great. no pressure and the service dept went out of their way to fix everything and even put 4 new tires at no charge. I would definitely buy from them again.

This was a special purchase for me, it was my first car purchase without the help of another person with me. CT was amazing!! He made me feel very comfortable and well informed about my purchase and showed me how everything was broke down so I knew exactly what I was paying for. I had spent all day out looking a dealerships, running my numbers, finding who would give me the most for my trade. I wish I had just come here first!! They took such great care of me and thought it was super funny that I asked the ladies at the front desk if they ever took pictures sliding on the hood of the fancy sporty cars all waxed up on the showroom floor. I even slid across the hood and pretended to imitate a “white snake hair sling” I called it 😆. I have done nothing but brag since I purchased on 3/22 about how awesome they did and how happy I was with my purchase

I like the no hassle atmosphere, it gives you a chance to truly select a car that is right for you. They are able to change cloth interior to leather.I have had inquiries about inventory with the management an the response time was quick. I personally over time has purchased 4 vehicles from this location,an will purchased my next from them again.

A great buying experience. This location always has a great selection and they had the Tahoe we wanted and needed. Salesman Trevor Garren was knowledgeable and great and the whole process was painless and fast. I’d recommend Trevor and Driver’s Way to anybody and will definitely use them in the future.

BEST. CAR-BUYING EXPERIENCE. EVER. I worked with Chris Thomas at the Pelham location and from start to finish, it was an awesome and easy experience. I had been to two other dealerships and had not been treated very well and I am talking blatant sexism. My husband was treated as the default decision maker in spite of me saying it was going to be a car for me and my husband telling the other dealers the same - at both dealerships I was treated with zero respect and honestly was not taken seriously at all. NOT AT DRIVERS WAY - from the moment I stepped in the door, I was treated with respect, I was listened to, Chris answered any and all questions I had, was open with me about the process, and made the entire experience so wonderful. And it wasn’t just him - the Finance and Service departments were great too! Drivers Way gave me a great offer on my car that I was trading in and laid out all pricing, financing offers, and overall fees with full transparency - there was no haggling or negotiating, but I also did not feel like I was being lied to and screwed over like at other dealerships. I found a better car than I had even been looking for at an even better price than what I had seen elsewhere. Chris and team, thank you SO MUCH for the amazing experience, for being awesome, and for making me feel like the only customer. This is my second vehicle purchased at drivers way in Pelham. Very laid back environment and Grant is the absolute best. Each time we’ve had a great experience with him selling us a car. He even went the extra mile to answer all my 9 year olds curios questions about the cars on the lot. Ask for Grant you won’t be disappointed. We’ll be back in the future.
