Being from another country, it was my first time using the American health system and was a little worried. I saw Dr Saville and he was great. Took the time to listen and was of great help.
The nurse who did the initial exam was also very sweet .
Staff at the front desk were polite and did thier best despite a slight language barrier.

I have been using Dr. Vanderwood and his staff since my accident many years ago. If you’re looking for a Dr. who not only listens to you, but also provides no nonsense treatment while giving you honest advice, Dr. Vanderwood is the very best in the practice of medicine. Highly recommend him. AAAAA+++

I spoke to a kim in scheduling she was extremely rude and unprofessional and practically yelled at me honestly , that is the reason why people have lost faith in the medical field , It's that lack of respect and bedside manner from the staff that really bother's a patient or anyone seeking answers or help for that matter . It's honestly a shame...... But shout out to a Tamika that spoke to me with respect and was helpful and professional by far the best employee there! She saved my no star rating to about a two

Dr. Saville's Nurse LITERALLY laughed at me! This act was Very rude and unprofessional. The proper action to take if the received information seemed falsified. Would be to SIMPLY VERIFY! . LAUGHING AT DISABLED PATIENT IN PAIN IS NOT what I expected from an Infirmary Health entity.VERY DISTASTEFUL! I can only speak for his nurse, my Physician is GREAT! I have no other Complaints, ALTHOUGH I tried reporting this incident and was ignored.

Where do I begin service was awesome when I was paying with a different insurance company. Then because of events I had to use VA community care. Well I had a va referral number to bill but the first lady said it had no doctor name so I could not see the Dr. Asked about samples said there was nothing wrong with me. Second time got her red hair friend. Came an hour early with my military son first she acted like she couldn't find me then asked insurance I said VA, oh your one of them! Why did I have to get you. I called spoke to a Melissa and Ashley. Was supposed to speak to Paula because Daniel was out. But have yet to hear from him. But what was really upsetting was they were mored worried about the food coming in then listening to what I had to say.

Leaving a one star because I can't leave no stars. Staff is extremely rude extremely unprofessional and apparently they don't know how to use a telephone to call the proper number. Nor can they tell time. They have shifted appointments around with less than 24 hours before the appointment. People have jobs they can't just keep taking days off. Extremely rude phone presence. Apparently the front desk lady is a lazy liar incapable of doing her job properly. Very uneducated and very rude.

The Diagnostic and Medical Center was given a simple task to provide me and my doctor with a specific blood test. The nurse who took my instructions failed to include the test in the order to the lab. When I got the results, the specific test was not included. Now, they refuse to refund my co-payment. I did not get the service that I requested, and I am forced to take them to small claims court to settle this. I am claiming zero stars!!!

I called to set an appt with Dr. McKnight, and his nurse always brushes me off and refills RX as if I did not need to follow up with him. The last time I was able to talk to him was last year, over the phone, with this nurse as a barrier, as always. When I could finally schedule an appt because I needed to see a doctor, they wait until a Friday to call and let me know he will be out for the week? Why schedule the appointment. I am tired of being passed around by doctors and their nurses acting like a d*** sin to want an appointment with a doctor for an annual check-up.

This office sees to be very poorly run. I frequently have to wait 1, sometimes 2 hours. They charge for missed appointments, I should be able to bill them for my time. It’s pretty clear they just don’t care.

I gave it one star because I couldn’t give them zero. I’ve been here a hour for a simple drug screen and had been here already for a hour. It’s 4 people ahead of me who claims to have been here for almost 3hours waiting to be called. I’ve worked in labs for 10years including this very one and I’ve never seen anything like this. It does not take this long for a drug screen, I have no idea what they’re trying different but I hope this message gets to somebody that they need to stop or maybe it’s the lab girls fault idk but this is ridiculous and uncalled

New to the area and was trying to find a new dr to go to closer to me and the lady that answered the phone was very rude. Spoke to me like I was stupid with her smart a** attitude. I will never go here. My 40 min drive is way worth coming here closer to my place.

Do not come here, take the drive to mobile. You will get bruise from the lab, very rough, and the worst part they don’t take.
