I joined Jazzercise 18 years ago, and even though I may not be doing high impact anymore, I still get a fabulous workout doing low impact. It has helped with my balance, coordination, and stamina. My doctor says keep it up!! I love the friends I have met and the instructors are great! If you are looking for exercise in this area, please try it! I bet you won't regret it!

This has been my happy sweaty place for over 15 years. The variety of routines are challenging and motivating. The instructors are there for me with a genuine concern for my health and well-being. I have met new friends and have been introduced to some really cool music. Come work out with me!

I’ve been going to jazzercise classes for 15 yrs and can’t imagine a better, more complete workout. And the friends I’ve made were an unexpected perk!! I highly recommend this! Can’t dance? No rhythm? Uncoordinated? None of that matters. Each routine is choreographed for maximum effect and maximum fun.

Great friendly place to sweat it out! Still love this after many years and there is a zoom option for those worried about health concerns. Best workout in town!
