When we had a plumbing emergency on a Friday afternoon, Affordable Plumbing immediately dispatched one of their qualified plumbers to the rescue. Bridget was quick, explanatory, and courteous. Even when it started raining and the fix required digging up and replacing a pipe in the yard, she worked to get our problem solved. We always get wonderful service from Affordable, and have come to expect the professionalism that Bridget exhibited. Thank you for taking care of us! (Would request Bridget again and again!)

Bridget H is professional and cares about doing a great job. She even says that she loves helping people with their pluming issues...Who ever said that before? But she really does mean it and shows it in her work. We own a B&B and had multiple things needing attention. All was done in a timely manor, for the price that was agreed on up front. Great overall experience from the initial phone call to completion of the projects! Could not recommend them highly enough!

We were more than pleased with Affordable today. We had them come for a maintenance/checkup of our hvac system, after they had fixed a drain clog in June. We knew they would do the job, do it right, and for a fair price. Austen and Jesse were polite, friendly and very knowledgeable with no pressure to do more than we needed or wanted. We can highly recommend Affordable for good work. Call them!

I recently had my biannual HVAC/Plumbing inspection (VIP Club Membership perk) conducted by Austen (HVAC) and Todd (Plumbing). Both gentlemen were clean, professional, tolerant of my dogs and made reasonable improvement suggestions to enhance the value of my home. Austen identified an air loss in my HVAC unit, demonstrated the loss and rectified it straight away! The gentlemen explained everything in laymen’s terms, prompting questions and concerns from me. All and all, it was a great visit. I not only highly recommend Affordable Plumbing but strongly suggest the VIP Club Membership!

I'm not a new customer. They've been servicing my limping HVAC system for years. It finally bit the dust. Staff were kind, curteous and very knowledgeable of system. I would never hesitate to use their services. They've also done new hot water tank earlier.

Excellent experience! Preston installed my new hot water heater. He put in a unit that met my criteria and did an outstanding job. Preston has personality plus. He answered all my questions. In the end he did everything exactly the way he said he would. I was a happy camper.

The guys who worked on our heat/Ac system were professional and knowledgeable. Made all the replace/repair we needed and sealed all the ducts up to code. Installed new IAQ Air Cleaners to both systems. They worked efficiently, explained and photo documented everything . Even going the extra mile replacing a rusted drain pan that required a trip to Mobile to obtain a new one. Added nothing to our agreed on contract cost. Very confident that we can depend on quality service from everyone at Affordable Plumbing.

Thank you Dale! We contacted Affordable to determine what problems we had with our heat and air systems not working and exactly what systems went with the different sections of the house. We were first greeted by Dale with such professionalism with a touch of Southern charm. He spent the time to look at each system and came back to us to ask questions and created detailed estimates for each system with options available for each. I was very nervous because I realized we had several problems affecting the comfort and safety of the home. Dale was very honest with us and listened to our financial concerns addressing each concern with solutions. Thanks to Dale’s expertise and genuine concern for the customer we are proceeding with a plan and look forward to future service from Affordable. Dales ability to work with us on a productive plan has given us a livable and successful solution to get the quality work required. We called at 8am. The phone service was extremely helpful and efficient. I received a call within the hour letting me know who was coming and how soon to expect them. I received a text with a photo of the tech coming with his name for verification. Michael came out to our home almost immediately after that call and text. He was professional, well educated and very informative. He quoted a price and even as things changed (very little I must add ) the prices stayed the same. I worked the service industry for over 20 years and as the face of the company it’s important to keep your word and satisfy every customer. Today I was satisfied. For once I received the service I once gave with pride. The installation was clean, neatly mounted and professionally completed. I would have been proud of the work if I had installed it my self. I highly recommend affordable plumbing and will return as a customer

Kendell was awesome. He was very professional and respectful. He identified the
AC problem and spent a long time getting it fixed. He could have just told us that we needed a new one, but he didn't. He fixed it and then wrote down several options for new units, when we need one. When we do need one, we're definitely going with Affordable Plumbing. He was very knowledgeable and had great customer service skills.
