Just had the most awesome experience with this company. Was out of hot water for four days. Couldn’t seem to get the plumbing company I am familiar with to quote me, be attentive nor move forward in any timely manner.

Called 9-1 Plumbing this morning explaining my dilemma. By lunch they were at my home. Not only did they share insights with me on the most economical way to restore my water but they made sure I had water today. While I know things might not always work out so quickly they sure made my day today. Looking forward to a nice warm shower. You sure appreciate things when you are without.

We've had Michael out to the house for a few different things, from small "uh-oh, the water heater's throwing a code" to bigger projects. Every time, he and Lisa have been responsive and prompt, and super-easy to work with. The quality of the work is excellent and their prices are reasonable. Michael is also really great about talking to us through each step of a job so that we can learn a little about the plumbing and heating systems in our home, and how to identify problems that even we can fix and save ourselves a little money. :-)

We were having some issues with our hot water heater. I called 9-1 Plumb and they were able to get us worked in, in a very timely manner. I was told Michael, our service technician, would be to my house in a certain time window. Not only did Michael show up when expected, but they let me know he could arrive a little earlier than expected. Michael was very knowledgeable and very informative. He was able to take care of our issues with the hot water heater and discussed maintenance and future step options. I will definitely be calling 9-1 for future plumbing needs and will recommend them to others.

Awesome job by Michael today! Not only did he clean out the French drain at the end of our driveway in no time, but he also advised me on how to treat tree and bush roots so as to limit encroachment into the pipe! Knowledgeable and responsive!

I highly recommend 91 plumbing! Had a leaking pex pipe in a wall over the weekend. I hadnt worked with PEX much before. Mike was unable to come out, but gave me great advice over the phone on how to quickly DIY repair it. Problem solved for under $30.

9-1 Plumb was courteous and professional from my first phone call throughout the repair! Renee, then Lisa, kept me informed as to when the repairmen were coming. They even changed my appointment to today when I was able to take off work. Michael assessed the issue, then gave me an in-full price on the spot. He explained exactly what needed to be done and why. He also gave me a discount, but then changed it to a better discount when I learned of it.
Another Fairhope plumbing company had made an 8:00 am appt. for me, then cancelled it this morning. 9-1 Plumb realized that I needed to have the repair today, and completely accommodated me!
Michael and Josh worked efficiently and left my yard in as good a condition as they could given the extent of the main line repair. They inspired a great level of confidence, and I was happy with their work and with them!

Michael did an excellent job of repairing our kitchen sink. He gave us good, sound and practical advice on how to maintain our plumbing fixtures that will save us money in the long run!! Their prices are fair and both times, the technician, Michael, took the time to show me the problem before he fixed it and gave me information on how to avoid further problems. Our neighbor alerted us that our grinder pump was alarming. We called many plumbing companies asking for same day service cause we certainly didn’t want to be without our facilities. Michael arrived shortly after lunch and worked til dark. He tried to repair the system but ending up having to replace it. He explained everything very well. He and Nolan came back the next day and completed the replacement. They kept us informed at all times. They were knowledgeable and very courteous. I highly recommend this company. They treated us well.

Michael is very responsive and knowledgeable! I called 9-1 Plumb regarding my jetted tub leaking into my closet. He came the very next day and was able to diagnose the problem within minutes. After learning my pump needed to be replaced, he thoroughly explained how I could do the install myself rather than pay him more money to do it. He and this company will retain good customers because they genuinely care about more than just getting paid. I could tell immediately that he loves what he does. I would highly recommend 9-1 Plumb to anyone. I will use them again if ever needed!

I have/had a problem with my water heater.. called around and one place was concerned with my ability to pay a fee of $89. just to come out and look at it. I understand but we live on Social Security so that is a bit rich for us. A friend recommended I call 9-1 and talk with them. They were great!.. no fee to come and look.. nice folks on the phone.. when the man came ( Josh ) he was knowlegeable and friendly.. figured out the problem right away and helped me decide what to do. I have to order a part and when it comes in 9-1 is who I will call to put it on. Great experience, friendly helpfull folks... the way it is supposed to be!.. Old School integrity. Call these guys first!... you will be glad you did.

The lady on the phone and the technician Josh that came to the house were absolutely wonderful. They were friendly, prompt, courteous, and fortright. It was hands down the best experience I have ever had when finding and expert for an issue. I could not be more pleased with my experience. Excellent excellent experience.
