BenchMark Physical Therapy

I am a 68 year old woman with extensive experience with physical therapist over my years. I can honestly say the Benchmark PT in Fairhope is the best I have ever experienced. The staff is 100% committed to helping you reach your goals. Lee Ann and her staff go above and beyond to help you reach your maximum potential. I will never go anywhere else. I have found “THE BEST”, and I am so very grateful for their help.

The therapist who conducted my initial interview was very knowledgeable and personable. She answered all my questions about what BenchMark could do for me and gave some good ideas as to what I can do to better deal with my issues. I look forward to starting therapy next week.

Benchmark was a wonderful experience for me. All of the PTs were so polite and encouraging at every visit. They helped me get back to myself and gave me the confidence I needed to regain my life after my knee injury.

She is clear in instruction... and when doing dry needle treatment she is gentle and spot on with my trigger points. I went to BenchMark Physical Therapy on the recommendation my doctor. Kayla my Physical Therapist was very helpful in educating me on the problem I was having with my lower back. The facility is very nice and clean and the staff were very nice and respectful. After a few weeks of dry needling, strengthening, and stretching I finally didn't have any pain in my back. I would recommend BenchMark Physical Therapy and would go back if I needed Physical Therapy again.

I can’t tell you how awesome the girls are at Benchmark Fairhope! I would and HAVE recommended them to friends. I went for a shoulder/arm issue and can honestly say that after months of pain and unable to perform certain tasks, I am now at 100%. Alesha Walker saved my family's lives. After an awful auto accident and too many doctors with very little relief, Alesha at Benchmark PT had us feeling improvement immediately. Her bedside manner, perseverance and focus on my case was refreshing and quite honestly overwhelming. We had not been cared for in this manner since moving to the area. This place is awesome! The PT’s & staff have helped me make great progress! My Dr. recommended them after the first place was not helping me. I highly recommend them for any type physical therapy you may need, as I have witnessed how well they help others. They offer more than what I consider traditional physical therapy. My therapy is for a broken patella.

Everyone is very friendly yet professional. I did not think the therapy would help my dizziness but it’s amazing at the change in my life since doing this. I am actually beginning to have a life again. When I am doing the exercises they always take precautions to make sure I don’t hurt myself and they make me feel comfortable about expressing how I feel.

Have had a great experience under painful circumstances. Kayla has worked with me on two different issues over the past year, both times getting me back to function in record time. They make the sessions as pleasurable as possible.
