Refine PT and Performance

I absolutely loved my time at refine PT!! Nathan Roddy helped me meet my goals and get back to where I wanted to be. My experience was so much fun and so enjoyable!! I really looked forward to going every week and definitely going to miss these awesome therapists and the fun times I had. I appreciate everyone here and will always recommend this place to everyone! This is an amazing and caring place from Kristy happily making appointments and greeting you to all of the therapists, especially Blake C who did wonders and worked with this old lady who is a power lifter and designed my training just for me! I was released from my doctor in just a few weeks! Thank you Refine PT for a great experience!

2 months later…. I lifted in the WRPF powerlifting meet May 25…. Took 6 National records and 2 State records! Here’s my last deadlift! Thanks Refine PT and Blake C for getting this 67 year old ready for it after my shoulder injury!

Refine Physical Therapy is amazing. When you walk in you are greeted by the best office manager I have ever had contact with, Kristi. She has greeted me by name ever since we met. I was surprised to see that Refine has a whole team of physical therapist constantly working with patients. Your therapist greets you and stays by your side during your entire session. You are never left in a room by yourself. You are at a station where your therapist stays right with you. My therapist, Cynthia has actively been there for me at every visit. She has made me so comfortable with this process. Cynthia has shown me stretches and exercises that have helped so much. She also treats me with dry needling. FYI, the dry needling is amazing!
It has helped so much with the pain. Six months ago I injured my neck. Two and a half months ago I started physical therapy. I had very little mobility in my neck. My MRI showed two bulging disc and a tear in my neck. The pain was so bad that I could not turn my head to the left at all. The right side was limited as well. I had pain in my shoulder, down my arm and into my hand. My pain was so intense. I did not want my body to move. I went to the hospital emergency room. The doctor at the hospital emergency room recommended Refine Physical Therapy. I am so thankful that he steered me in the right direction. Just two and a half months at Refine with Cynthia and my pain has gone down significantly. I can turn my head, move my arm and go about my daily task. I am surprised by how much progress we have made in two and a half months. I highly recommend Refine Physical Therapy!

Fantastic team of therapists! Sarah Williams guided me through my knee replacement recovery and she was amazing! She knows when to challenge and push hard, and when to back off. I highly recommend Refine PT!!

Refine is the best!! I had severe neck pain and migraines starting in January and I never thought it would get better. I felt very hopeless and my day to day activities were extremely limited. After 10 sessions with Seth, I feel back to myself and 100% better. My neck pain is gone and I am able to do my day to day routine without being in pain! I am so happy that I am better, but I will definitely miss coming here! The environment is amazing, the staff is great, and everyone is very encouraging.

Loved working with Tyler! He knew exactly what to do with my back and shoulder problems. I got a full hour of one on one time each visit and this made a world of difference in my recovery. Everyone in the office is very friendly and welcoming . I wouldn’t go anyplace else. Highly recommend!

I went to see Tyler because of a pain in my left hip and back. Within one session he diagnosed the problem as a weak left glut muscle. He started me on exercises to correct that so that now I very rarely feel pain in my help and my back never. I highly recommend Refine PT.

One year ago this month our families life was changed. Our son was in an accident and the left arm was crushed with lots of nerve damage. Things we take for granted every day like brushing your teeth, eating with your left hand, drinking with it, and for Braxton doing the thing he loves most seemed impossible for him. It has been a very long year for him but with the help of Tyler and the rest of the therapist at Refine PT he is back doing what he loves. He has learned and still learning ways to adapt to the new arm with the help of Tyler and his staff. Refine PT has become family to us. We will be forever grateful for all they have done in Braxton’s life. Not only have they pushed him in therapy when it was easier to give up but they prayed with him and for him. They have built a relationship with Braxton and our family that will last a life time. We are so thankful that therapy has ended but we miss seeing these guys on a daily basis! Thank you Refine PT! We love and appreciate all of you! Words can’t describe how thankful we truly are and what An amazing staff you have!

THIS IS THE BEST PHYSICAL THERAPY WE’VE EVER RECEIVED!!! Tyler Vaughn and the entire staff at Refine are absolutely incredible humans! Tyler came HIGHLY recommended by a trusted friend and I could not be more pleased with the therapy and healing he provided to my daughter. She had a pretty complex problem and Tyler went above and beyond anyone we’ve ever seen to research and truly figure out the root of what was going on. By the time we finished, she was completely healed, her confidence was rebuilt, and she was able to get back to the sport she loves. Thank you so much Tyler Vaughn and staff!!

I loved everything about this PT clinic.
It started with the front desk gal - Kristi. Her fun personality put me at ease immediately and she worked to accommodate my schedule.
My healing journey( shoulder) was long and my PT - Rebekah, always knew exactly what I needed. She listened, encouraged and was able to pivot when needed.
The upbeat environment gives you the confidence to push hard during your session and reach your goals.
Another observation about this clinic was their desire for continued education, always working to learn more and do better.
I drove 60 miles, twice a week for months because I wanted to use Refine PT !!

Everyone at Refine PT and Performance are welcoming, caring, and professional. I sought their help because I had low back pain and trouble walking after sitting too long. Tyler, my physical therapist, helped me reduce my pain and gave me the skills to help myself and eliminate the habits that increased my pain. When my pain diminished, he gave me strengthening exercises which helped me become pain free! I highly recommend Refine PT and Performance. They are very knowledgeable. They don't use a cookie cutter approach but instead meet you where you are and assist you personally. In addition, they are compassionate about what they do and truly care about their patients.

I have been fortunate to be a client of Tyler Vaughan since last October, and I can honestly say that he has worked a miracle for me. When I went for my first appointment, I could barely walk & I was in constant pain due to a torn glute tendon. I was referred to Refine by my Dr. after injuring my hamstring. The care I received was top notch. Tyler, Sarah, and the rest of the team at Refine are great to work with. They are encouraging and push you to do your best each session. I knew my injury wasn’t the best, but it amazes me to see the progress I have made over the last two and a half months. Bailey was so much fun to work with! I went to see her for pelvic PT after having my 3rd baby. She was bright and feisty and energetic. I was seeking help for a tendon injury in my hip that had made exercising, specifically jogging impossible. I was not sure that I was ever going to be pain free again, but after a regimen of therapy, strength training and lots of encouragement I’m back to jogging and fully recovered. Refine is a clean, friendly environment with good equipment and people that know what they are doing and enjoy helping you.

I had a fantastic experience at Refine PT and Performance. Refine is different from most PT offices as they provide a one to one patient/doctor relationship for treatment. Because of this, I really feel my therapy plan was personalized to my needs. Additionally, the entire staff at Refine absolutely exceeded my expectations! Bailey at Refine is so so awesome!!!! I have tried so many different things to help with my back pain. Doing PT with her has changed the way I look at exercise and taking care of my body. She made PT fun and exciting! All the trainers at Refine make you feel welcome and like you are apart of a family. I can’t say enough great things about them!!!

I had fallen a few times due to balance issues and needed PT. I figured it would be like every other place I’ve been-gentle movements, massage, Tens unit, etc. Boy was I surprised. The folks at Refine PT treated me like my being able to walk without falling was the most important thing they’d ever done. Bailey Barnett, in particular, found different and fun ways to challenge me and my body but never more than I could handle. I don’t fall anymore and it is all due to Bailey and Refine PT. If you need physical therapy, tell your doctor to send you to Refine PT. They’re the best!
