Jose was our sales representative. He was helpful and informative. We enjoyed working with him and they were having a great sale at the time of purchase. We just had the furniture delivered and set up. The 2guys who came got to work and had everything completed pretty quickly. They were very polite and made sure to ask where everything was going.

My dishwasher that I bought from Sherman’s over ten years ago was finally dieing and I needed a new one, Stopped and talked with Alex Perez at Sherman’s and he walked me through all the great selection of dishwashers from low to high end, and helped me find one within my budget for an unbeatable price with delivery, installation, AND hauling away the old one!! The cost was somehow LESS than what it ran me for just the dishwasher ten years ago!! AND I have a five year no hassle in house warranty that if anything goes wrong they come and fix or replace it no questions! Thanks Alex and Sherman’s for another great deal on a great appliance that will last me for years to come!! I honestly won’t shop anywhere else for furniture or appliances ever!

1st of all they’re are not enough “stars” shown for a rating! Incredibly pleased with the help, information & professionalism offered by Rebecca. We originally visited Sherman’s in March looking for a new sofa…fast forward nearly 8 wks and we returned to make our purchase w/Rebecca. Neither the product nor sales person's compared! Thank you again Rebecca for helping us in our 1st big purchase together to make our house together a home!

We had a very knowledgeable sales person with AlexP. It was a very pleasant experience. It was also Sherman’s Presidential sale, which made our timing that much better. The staff are always professional, we will be back!

Purchased a washer today. Austin Jackson did a great job showing me different models, and the highlights of each machine. Very knowledgeable, patient and entertaining to boot. Very impressed with Sherman's.

Salesperson was very informed. Did not get his name, but the initials on the bill are AMJ store 203 in Peru. As long as the washer works I will be super happy, but if it breaks or isn’t the best I trust Sherman’s to make it right and they can’t be held accountable for faulty products anyway. They just sell them, not make them.

Once the oven was finally available, the service was excellent! Delivery and instructions helped. Then finally after I had electric and floor adjustments made, a man named Austin installed the complicated oven. He was really wonderful! Thank you, Sherman’s!

We came into the store with only a half an hour left before closing, and Austin Jackson immediately helped us find exactly what we needed. He was very informative and answered all of our questions. He’s an upstanding young man, which is good to see in today’s society.

Excellent service. We chose Sherman’s exclusively because of their professional delivery staff. They seriously care about delivery and setup of your new appliance(s) while being very respectful of your home.

Simple and easy. After trying to work with a big box store for an hour and giving up, I walked into Sherman’s and Austin was great. Maybe 10 minutes and I had my new OTR microwave being delivered next day!

Austin was did a great job explaining the different refrigerators after telling him what we were looking for. Refreshing working with someone that sells us what we want/need rather than pushing towards a certain one that we don’t need.

Terrence and Alex were super helpful in getting us hooked up with a new washer/dryer set as ours burnt out. We needed a new set ASAP. We tried Home Depot just to find out we would have to wait almost 2 weeks for delivery. At Sherman's we got next day delivery and a better deal! We truly appreciate how great Terrence and Alex were!

Excellent sales staff, and follow through with delivery schedule and the staff that brought it in and set it up. We love our new leather furniture.
